    I just NEED to point out that thier own marriage councilor said HE was the one who started the abuse, and for some reason this gets lost in the chaos. She testified on JD's behalf earlier in the trial and was very positive about him yet still said he was the one who started beating Amber first.
    "Anderson wrote in her notes that Heard, 35, would hit Depp, 58, *back* as a point of pride but *eventually* initiated physical abuse."
    This was it for me.. he started the beatings and at first she hit back out of pride then eventually she started it herself.
    It's not unreasonable that she'd start initiating after he created a violent atmosphere in the relationship.. some IPV victims would do that to just get it over with and not prolong the stressful situation. From then on everything became clearer. Her angry taunts on audio especially, scream desperation, trying to hurt him as much as she can because she's trying to level the playing field. No one is ready for a victim who fights back as dirty as she can though.. it's too complicated for a mob mentality..

      When I was being abused by my guardian I eventually got as loud and hit back. The best way I can explain it is the way animals lash out when cornered or scared. Eventually you're just anticipating the fight so you start swinging on instinct.

      I agree nada. I have been fortunate enough to not suffer from IPV however I still believe JD was the main instigator from everything we have learned about him & their celeb relationship.
      I don’t really recall exactly what their relationship councilor said (but seen clips of stuff from pro-heard accounts) but even not remembering exactly what she said, listening to ambers full account of everything made my heart sink for her. Part of that was cuz of my personal experience with being in love with my ‘one’. I was in love with my ex for 6 years & he broke it off with me like 5 times. So I understood why she said she loved him even though he was no good for her. My ex didn’t treat me the greatest but never really on the abusive level…perhaps emotional by getting back with me then breaking it off but he didn’t really know what he wanted, I think.
      2 lessons for me have come out of this trial:
      1) social media has a more damaging effect on society & personal people then repairing it
      2) men will unfortunately always be the more violent & abusive ones. I am in a great relationship with a man, so I certainly don’t hate the individual man, but their ideologies on the whole when it comes to showing true vulnerability, attitudes towards women & unable to be accountable really dosent change. “Be a man & blah blah blah” really should not be said anymore. IMO!
      💜💞 thank you for your insight xox

    Thank you for another great video. I watched a doctor testify for Amber's side yesterday, describing the link between substance use and IPV, as well as some of Johnny Depp's narcissistic traits (without attempting to diagnose him). The crowd of "empaths" in the chat disregarded everything he said (though it should be common knowledge), instead mocking the way he spoke etc. Shows how much they actually know or care about IPV, that they think this doctor was biased, when all he described was common sense.

      I agree! I thought I was the only one wondering why there weren't videos like 'Camille introduces evidence showing mistakes in Kipper medical notes' or 'Camille forgets the UK transcript has more pages' when Camille was attempting to 'impeach' Amber. I literally laughed out loud when Amber very politely pointed out the page, paragraph, and line number of UK transcript that stated VERBATIM what Amber just testified. Camille seemed unprepared at times and often disrespectful - mostly to Amber but to others as well. The near constant 'Objections' during Amber's direct testimony were really disruptive. Although some were sustained, many were not. But the Depp team seems to be pros when it comes to redirection and obfuscation.

      @@lorithrun296 I have been so frustrated with this too. I left a comment on another channel regarding the fact that no matter how many different ways I tried to find a link to anything discussing Vasquez's embarrassing mistakes during her cross examination, the day after it happened, all I kept getting were discussions and articles talking about her good looks, relationship status, and her lawyering, with regards to how she apparently tore Amber apart on the stand. All I saw was evidence of how under prepared she was, some really reaching and disgusting questions based on some pre enlightened playbook of 'rules' pertaining to 'real' victims of dv and sa, and a transparent pandering to the Johnny Depp cult. She even parroted their revolting dismissal of his violent behaviour, with the words 'beating up cupboards'. If it had been Amber's lawyer's making mistakes like her 'well nourished male' moment, they would have been immediately memed by his minions, and laughed about into perpetuity. And don't get me started on the pledge/donatation line of questioning. This was not the gotcha moment everyone pretends it is. The charities themselves have no problem with the words being used synonymously, so the fact that Vasquez does, is actually not relevant. This is impeachment based on a technicality at most ffs. The way his fans were demanding that the judge throw her in prison based on this the next day, left me in a state of not knowing whether to laugh or cry. Anyway, so happy to know there are others out there who are refusing to be gaslighted by Depp and his army of enablers.

    Generally, I respect the legal profession, but I also know ethics are not required when choosing clients. I also understand the need to minimise the client's actions if you're trying to save them from a prison sentence. In this case however, Depp is trying to portray the woman he abused as a liar for the fun of it.

    • @robynthomason949
      @robynthomason949 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Not for the fun of it, he’s using the court system to continue his abuse of her. First in the UK, where he lost and was refused appeal, and now in the US. Normally this dynamic is seen within the family courts, where men use access to children to control and abuse their ex wife/partner. But Depp & Heard don’t have children together (thankfully) so he’s using civil courts to continue to humiliate, demean and control her.

  • @distort10n
    @distort10n 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

    The part where she says "I've been called a liar and a golddigger-" and he keeps cutting her off calling her "baby" until she stops speaking and he says "I didn't call you those things" like while she lied to the police to protect him, he as her partner feels no concern for her being called horrible things. All he has to say is "I didn't call you those things" when 1) He did 2) He has encouraged others to do so on his behalf. And he's not hiding that he agrees with what people have to say about her, so the only reason to say "baby baby baby I didn't call you those things" is to gaslight her.

    Amber was 26 years old (a baby) when one of the most wealthy, famous and beloved men to ever walk the planet invited her into HIS WORLD, which is unlike anything most people ever experience - unimaginable wealth and access to anything, anywhere on the planet, private island, private everything, well paid staff who will even acquire illegal substances for him without batting an eyelash. She was virtually a child. He was/is a man with incredible influence and power. Does it make sense that someone who felt absolutely voiceless and powerless might sometimes raise their voice, or even lash out physically, out of desperation? I think so.

      its so horrible, i agree. And these ppl and many others, claiming to be empaths... i dont believe that they are real 'empaths'. this term has been abused. I think they have jumped on this label as a way to validate their personal beliefs. they are such an insult to people who actually are highly sensitive to thought and emotional energy, and can feel it like its their own energy. People who are highly empathic don't go around bragging that they are an empath. They understand that everyone has some degree of empathy, and if anything are very humble and self-depreciating. they would never use their 'sensitivity' to demean someone else or to simply push their own agenda. Because they feel others feelings like they were their own. Every human has emotions, and an empath will feel those emotions. No one is 'emotionless'. emotions are numbed when someone is medicated or high. but even a narcissist or someone who is lying will have emotions. when i watched Amber's testimony, I cried with her. I felt it in my heart. It was painful. It was real.... :(
