I Begin to sense a very very bad pain on my head and in my jaw, as if the jaw and head 'tied' together, kind of wickedly 'locking' up my jaw, & preventing the movement of the mouth like when one talks!

What happens is that whenever you embark on such journeys, your eyes are opened to see your current state spiritually.
When you stop, it doesn't mean it's no longer your state, it just means you've chosen to close your eyes to happenings around you spiritually.
