Cotton is not as durable as bonded nylon, but yes you can try different materials and cord sizes... I really like it with the braided nylon available here: store.jewelsinfiber.com/chinakc_vari.html and here: store.jewelsinfiber.com/chinakc_vari2.html
Yes it is simple once you figure out how to do it. The last bead already inserted serve as markers for where to insert the crochet hook next. Foe me that made all the difference as in crochet I have always a hard time figuring out where to insert the crochet hook...
Like many here, I'm a great fan of your website and enjoy the emails that arrive to me from you. Given these videos are a new venture for you - I must compliment the photo / videography you executed here. It was very clear and easy to follow the visual sequencing. I could truly SEE each step. Perhaps it's true that the music is too loud or your voice too soft - but when a video tutorial is shot well I don't need any voice-over. Thank you so very much and looking forward to more!
I've made several of these bracelets-using kits from your website. I believe, since you load all your beads onto the thread at the beginning, this is an excellent project to take with you while sitting and waiting. Mine go with me to the car garage, the dentist, and other places to pass the waiting time. Thanks for sharing this video.
What a wonderful video! I was able to do this despite not really knowing how to crochet. So glad you showed how to use the thread burner because I didn't know how to use my new tool and was afraid I would ruin my creation. Your voice and the gentle music was beautiful as well. Thank you!
I use a Clover Amour Steel Crochet Hook Size 0, but you can also use a Clover Soft Touch Steel Crochet Hook Size 1 or 2, or a Lacis Crochet Hook Size 4. Crochet hooks are not standardized as to sizes. Each brand needs to be tested. I tested the hooks I carry, you can see them here: www.store.jewelsinfiber.com/crochet.html
Hi Marion :) Love your new TH-cam channel and have been a fan of your web site for quite a while. It's so great that you are now making videos and I look forward to more. Just one kind critique, I could not hear your instruction because the music is too loud. I got what you were teaching just by watching but it would have been nice to hear what you were saying. I`ll be visiting your site and purchasing a kit, this is such a beautiful bracelet, I just have to try making it :)) thanks again!
Thanks for watching. Background music volume noted. I will keep that in mind for future videos. Use the tutorial on my blog as an additional resource. It should complete the video nicely.

Thank you for this lovely tutorial. But I have one question about the tool you used to cut the thread off. What is it called and where can I buy it from.

Very clear instructions, thank you! Please, no music on next video, it is so loud that it is distracting.
I just uploaded the same video with no music background at th-cam.com/video/jTwzBWgtN4o/w-d-xo.html.
amazing. ❤❤
Bello🥰
Que belleza, mas si consigues bonitos botones o algo similar que realce la pieza💮💮
Sí, los botones hacen una gran diferencia.
Tenks I ❤️
This is beautiful. Also, best accidental ASMR.
ASMR? Autonomous sensory meridian response... That's probably because I used to teach yoga to a small group at some point in my life.
Very pretty, thank you. What size crochet hook are you using?

Approximately how many beads did you use. I'm new to this
40 to 50 beads depending on the bracelet length
Thank you for this lovely tutorial. But I have one question about the tool you used to cut the thread off. What is it called and where can I buy it from.
Do you live in the Uk?

Could you write me the name of the yarn you have used please .Thank you x
I use C-Lon Tex 400 Bead Cord. It is a bonded nylon cord available here: store.jewelsinfiber.com/nylonclc400.html
