Thank you, Mr La Salle I have found your presentation most interesting, what you had to say has given me further insights about a subject that is of concern to me. I have not read the book but would read it as soon as I find a way to buy it. I live in New Zealand and don't think it would be for sale in our book shops. I have never seen Spain as a, particularly liberal country. What is more, I would venture to say that outside of academic circles, I am not convinced that many people would understand liberal philosophy or liberal thought in all of its facets. I have read the work of John Locke at length, and although I do not like what he had to say as much as you appear to be, I found what he wrote about the subject of "property" of primary importance to understand the liberal thought on the subject of property. Regarding your presentation today, I would tend to agree with you, that regulations of some sort are needed, what we would need to ask would be for what ends and by what means.
