Cheers for the comment taste of a low fat shortbread is the best i can think of just finished an upload breaking the biscuits down into a porridge upload sunday evening 10 pm

Pretty good aren't they just crumble a few to make a porridge...like a low fat Shortbread Biscuit 👍🇬🇧

They're just blocks of sugar, with only a tiny bit of malt and veg oil holding it all together.
I feel like Seven Oceans calling them a ration is a bit of a fib.
