    What’s the best way to reach out to builders to do this marketing?
    When you are talking about developers and developments are you talking about the national companies or more focusing on smaller hometown regional builders?

    Great video this is Arthur Richardson with Lennar Homes. I listen to it with the opposite view because I have been selling new homes with LENNAR as a new home consultant for the past 10 years. I’ll be putting some of these practices in place myself.

    Great video Mike, I used to do a lot of new construction in another state and had a really good relationship with the sales manager...but a few times after buyers would see my videos about the community and homes they would just go there directly so sometimes I would miss the sale. Any tips on how to prevent that? Was thinking maybe see if the builder/sales manager would give any special incentive to buyers that mentioned that me....appreciate any tips you can give. Thanks

    Love this! 100%!!!!!! Question about FB ads: for pre-con in toronto, some of these FB ads get really competitive and pricey as all platinum teams/agents use it and cost per lead goes up as high as $40-80 each. Any thoughts or advice?

    Im trying to run FB ads but once I select the special audience for housing it makes the audience 18-65+ then gives me an error saying the audience has to be 21+ but wont let me edit the age to 21+..... someone plz help!
