I have a Spartan chassis on a 2023 Dutch Star. So far no major problems but just can’t get the TPMS to pick up the outside drive tires information. Repositioned the antenna in the middle of the chassis but still very inconsistent on those same tire pressure readings.
Love this. Saving and downloaded. Does anyone know of any videos showing how you all get these chassis rigs to the RV manufacturers? If so, can you share a link or provide a title of the YT vid? Thanks. After watching this vid, I will make a pilgrimage to the Spartan factory to get this formal training when I buy my RV. Thanks
Thanks for the info. I have a 2021 K1 chassis and want to exercise the ABS so I will do as instructed in the video. However, I'm not totally clear on the durm slack adjuster. It would be great if that could be in text here. I looked on the Spartan USB drive that came with my coach but did not see this procedure. Thanks!
Hey, Big Mike Spartan chassis Needs to have more options and features than current chassis.. Like Calum shift transmission I don't like push buttons transmission I know that it can be added Rv mfg refused to put it in , some of these pathetic Rvs mfg are a joke anyway They make these motor Coaches, we as the buyers. 90% of these motorhomes/ coaches we don't have any say. we spend up to $3MD for these , why can't we have the way we want I get it it interferes with production Sadly I used to work in production It's the same lead time for custome orders Anyway Mr chassis I have 30 + ? more Options and features That will benefit
Never buy a diesel pusher made on a spartan chassis, poor quality and limited lasting frame, the spartan chassis has a backed on paint that after a few years it will start to rust. and the motor homes units that are built on the spartan base are all garbage, We see this all the time in the news someone buys a Newell, or Newmar, or some other brand built on this frame and after that new smell is gone and about 2.5 years (if your lucky) then you start to see leaks in the slides, frames rusting, laminate starts to separate, Even one time a brand new coach had the hot & cold supply lines revered. Talk to any owners of a motor home built on a spartan chassis and they will tell you about thee nightmare motor home. The quality is crap & the prices are way t high 2 million and up. I am a retired engineer and I would never buy one of these for 2 million (low end). Ask yourself this question if these motor homes are so good the why are there so many used ones on lots like the motor coach store. what do you think.??? Thanks
Big Mike is a true Spartan👏🇺🇸👍
Wow, another great video. Thanks to Spartan and Big Mike on an excellent walk around. Everyone should save this video and review often.
Thank you for the video! I always learn so much from Big Mike! Great review of our coach systems.
BIG MIKE!!! He’s the BEST!!!
Great training session Mike. Lot of good information.

I appreciate Big Mike's enthusiasm but all that information is overwhelming.

My Tiffin has the shifter on the column and the exhaust brake. HAted the Allison pad in prior coaches.
