I don't understand why is almost everyone against using acacia now, it's one of my favorite woods. Its orange tone looks very good in a lot of buildings, and it is also different from the other more common brownish woods. I get that it probably doesn't look good in a lot of houses as a lot of them use generally more grayish materials like spruce, stone, etc. but just becuase it doesn't look good in some buildings doesn't mean it's necessarily bad.
