CROP UPDATE, BIG DECISIONS AND A RANT!!!

Thanks for the crop walk update, difficult times for sure.
Is there any option of topping the spring barley and leaving down to decompose to put nutrients into soil, then put to grass for a couple of years as a hay crop?

@@leemonaghan3792 we are hoping now that the heads don’t seed before we spray it off to harvest then next year put it in a 2 year lay for haylage
