  • Processing of highly viscous, non-Newtonian and shear sensitive products. Suitable for laminar and turbulent blending as well as for heat transfer at high viscosities.
The EKATO PARAVISC guarantees shortest mixing times for mixing low to high viscous process stages and for high viscous and non-Newtonian fluids. Pumping with PARAVISC is possible in both directions.
The PARAVISC is used in industries such as food, cosmetic, polymers (e.g. polyolefins), paints and lacquers, pharmaceuticals, formulated products for processing high viscous adhesives, polymerization (bulk / solution), rubbers, creams, mascara, sealants, grease, ointments and more...

Hi, How is the method to measure /mounting some sensors for monitoring variables inside de volume of liquid? Example: pH, Temperature, .. Do you can explain me?

Hi Silvio, the EKATO Paravisc impeller offers the unique possibility to bring in sensors or probes via an internal baffle from the top, e.g. connected to an internal baffle or via a dip pipe.
Thus , you will be able to measure process parameters at different positions in your vessel, wherever needed.

the scraper is the main challenge for cleaning and CIP in dairy products. what is your soloution?

    • @ekatogroup594
      @ekatogroup594  3 ปีที่แล้ว

There are a lot of options for CIP cleaning,
Here we are talking about type, position and angle of CIP nozzles, different flushing strategies etc…
But the optimum method is very much dependent on the type of scraper you are using.
Please contact us directly so that we can consider in detail how to find the best-suited option.

Is this mixer suitable for mixing Joint Compound without the formation of lumps in the mix?

The EKATO Paravisc - as you learn from the video - is more or less a toolbox that can be customized to suit many different applications.
It is our customer's number one choice e.g for the production of joint compounds, e.g. high-quality resin emulsions, of course with the target to avoid lump formation.
The ideal combination and configuration of impellers can be customized for a corresponding application in an ideal way via pilot trials.
If you want to learn more about how we can proceed, please do not hesistate to get in touch with us for further considerations online-marketing @ekato.com

    Is it valid for viscosity < 20 000 mPa-s

    • @ekatogroup594

Hi, the EKATO Paravisc is originally designed for laminar blending, i.e. quite high viscosities > 20.000 mPas. Nevertheless it is a quite flexible impeller that - e.g. with the use of an internal baffle - delivers very short blend times even at low, water-like viscosities.
In the end, choosing the optimum impeller for your application will not only depend on viscosity, but also on scale, i.e. we have to take into account the Reynolds number and the main mixing goals that have to be achieved.
As a result the EKATO Paravisc as well as other impellersmight turn out as the optimal solution.
We hope that this could answer your question. We are happy to discuss this topic in more detail with you, if you contact us via: online-marketing@ekato.com
