I have a question. Why can't you install a functional bathroom while dealing with all the court stuff with a previous repairman? Do you need to wait for that to be settled? - It's a bummer if you have to wait for that to be settled.
Yes the previous owner put scotch tape on it 15 years ago and we had a hard time getting it off it is being touched up at the moment and it will look perfect 👌
