Isn’t this how it just is without saying we are mediating?
Is it? Is there this level of deep awareness and sensitive noticing (not to mention acceptance and non-resistence) in every moment of your life?
In mine there isn't.
What about when it's not a story, when it's true, beyond the story...like pain, you know this, what when you can't accept, you can't meditate on it, when it's unbearable.... What then.
Would it be better with background music?
