Can anyone else appreciate the elegant dance JD does as he’s showing the inside of the rv , to not show himself in the mirrors lol😂 he’s never once showed himself just fyi. lol
Magnitudes are one of my favorite super C brands. Some of the drawbacks include spotty build quality evidenced in online forums and the fact that the f550 chassis CCC is relatively low, especially for a Super C capable of towing 10k plus behind it. Payload gets exceeded very easily. That being said, they corrected that issue a couple years ago by using the f600 chassis in bigger floorplans. If Thor started selling a Super C toy hauler again I would buy it in a heartbeat. Can’t beat the reliability and accessibility of a diesel chassis outfront. Makes for easy repairs in the long run!
Love these super c’s i personally would give it a 3” lift and meaty tires. It would make it great for skiing and snowboarding camping and also to have the ability for a bit more off road camping.
Last year, while driving on interstate I-15, I saw a rig that appeared to be an earlier version of this, what struck me was the speed! It was cruising in excess of 90 mph, for the 5 miles I was pacing it.
Very nice. But isn't that just a class c? I thought to be a super C it has to be on an international or larger chassis. I usually see f550 and below listed as just a class c
The primary difference between a C and a Super C is the chassis. The C would have a van chassis like the Ford E-550 with a gas engine. The Super C would have a truck chassis like the Ford F-550 with a diesel engine.
idk how "seamless" it'd be getting from the cab to the coach in that thing! I'd like to see someone over 50 do it. That's one of the major detractors on those chassis's (IMHO).
I could buy land and build a nice off grid lakeside Cabin for less! And I could hand it down for the younger generations in my family. How long will an RV like this last! 15 years tops!
For $300k it better have soft closing everything and feom the sounds of the video the cabinets don't seem to impressive. Way over priced if you ask me.
For $300k you could buy a really nice 5th wheel and a brand new truck you could actually detach and drive around, and not hear every single cabinet rattle going down the road... And you'd still have quite a bit of money left over.
Overpriced, poor build quality. They also have a 36’ unit on F600. Dual fuel tanks have repositioned filler necks that do not accept fuel at a high rate without shutting off constantly. Plumbing problems, etc

I noticed that too.
Very nice. This is one of those “sell the house and travel around the country” units.
People do that not realizing that unlike most houses, these depreciate to nothing in a matter of years, so losing all your equity.
@@Mikel9999-vh3cb Yeah, good point.
I would recommend Renegades version long before I would buy anything from THOR
At that price point I would expect a higher grade cabinet drawer and door construction

Nice coach, LiquidSpring suspension system and AT tires, then it would be set for off road excursions.
$300,000 is ridiculous, it’s just too much to even consider and even if you have the money you can get a lot better for $300,000.
300k is the msrp. These can be bought new for 25-33% off so $200-225k
Same show, others were listed at 190k

I agree, it's just a fancy class C. I guess they can charge more by calling it a Super C.

@Chucky8889 I've ones but on ram chassis with a Cummins and it was called just a class C. I guess that's where my confusion comes from.
Great floor plan except for that radius shower. I’d father lose that storage and have a rectangular shower.
It's a nice unit but $300k? Whewwwwwwww!
It's pretty. Like to see these in Europe. 😎
4:24 That cooktop is awesome!
That Xantrex panel is most likely the more panel for the 1800 watt inverter.
Looks spectacular! Thor definitely makes some impressive units, but phew ... that price tag! You do get a lot for that price, though.
Looks great. Seems like the goodies inside are nice, but the price tag is kinda hard to wrap my head around
$300k can get you 1500 room nights at $200/night hotel
Unique blueish color for the fridge. What all makes and models of class C’s are on the GM chassis?
Nice unit. Thanks
Did you notice if it had dual (thermal) pane windows?
Was wondering when the cab has to be removed for major repairs,
great rv
Not once does anyone say, 4x4 you can drive on the beach!!
$299.000, that's not a super c that's insane. I guess you have to be a rich man to get a class c motor home nowadays.
nice rig!
I saw in another video that the weight limit in the bunk over the cab used to be a lot higher and now it’s only 250lbs. Is that true?
idk how "seamless" it'd be getting from the cab to the coach in that thing! I'd like to see someone over 50 do it. That's one of the major detractors on those chassis's (IMHO).
Nice rv jd the price is a bit to expensive for me but the rv has a nice inside to it.
Class C on a truck chassis is the only Class C I'd get. The van cabs are not my thing.

Was it a diesel or gas. If thats a 6.7 that will be a bear to work on better by a extended warranty with that one
Diesel.
RIDICULOUS price!
You could buy a lot of 5th wheel for that price
Super C's have sure come a long way. Thor makes a nice product, thanks for giving us a view of it!
For that price, they couldn’t have a bigger microwave?
Extremely nice
I love this rig and everything about it.
good size bathroom with a corner shower!!! I'll pass.

I mostly like this RV, but the radius shower makes it a no. They are just too small.
Overpriced. Coachman has the exact same for 2024 at the appropriate price point.
It's THOR. Northern Lite 10-2 and F-350 would be much better and hold value way longer.
Folks go buy a New Tiffany for the same price.
Looks nice….not 300k nice. The cabinets sound cheap when you were closing them,no king size bed at this level is a sin….
Not a Super C....not sure what you are thinking
No way would I spend that kind of money on a vehicle that isn't worth that kind of money.
So... show me the engine. Damn Salesmen... (deleted youtube)
I am sorry. $295K vs $60K F350 dually + $37K Arctic Fox 1150 ? Thanks but no, thanks !
The stupid "TV-centric" dinette window scheme just ruins these RV's.
Micro wave is damage.....and for me THOR wellllllllll......
Problem is its a Thor product. The reviews for those things are atrocious
Thor makes total pieces of sh*t
