I had one of these beauties for many years in many gigs. It served me well till the screen gave out. My kids used to play it too and we're listening to the demo songs now reminiscing.
Wife loved this little bundle as she called it bought one 97 still working in feb 23 when I donated it to a local plymouth school , when wife died . A great machine halled it all round the clubs and pubs of plymouth I miss you tammy , see you soon darling .xxxx
@KMNKeyboardVault Do you have any new styles for the kn7000? (6/8, ballads, rock, EDM, Dubstep, Techno, trance, house...) Or converted styles? I tried using styleworks xt universal for 2 months straight and it all sounds like crap... also is there a way to load sf2’s/TM (want to convert synthogy american grand .x3a to .TM) into the kn7000 like the korg? If not do you know where I can come by some NX Expansion cards?

It's a big loss for electronic instruments industry that Technics bowed out of producing musical instruments. They had some top end models in organs, digital pianos, and electronic keyboards. In fact, first Roland keyboard instrument was manufactured by Technics, since Roland didn't have enough of production facility to make their first keyboard. I mean, Technics was ahead of other brands at the time.
14:57 - the underlying rhythm track is Wesley WIllis - The Boomerang.

With all the retro 80s-90s craze in the last time, this could be a retro pop music producer bargain work horse.

This is my favorite keyboard.
The problem is only that floppy 2dd disk is very hard to find now.
I'd get a floppy to usb adapter
Does anybody knows if the KN2000 has a ROM battery that holds the settings??? and what is the battery type???
I'd love to hear a demo of the different sounds through the line outs
how can I fix it, the screen has lost its light 🙏🙏

Love it!!!!
I want this to cover Wesley Willis
I’ve been trying to track down those keyboards for months
so who found the sample 👀
KN 1200 is more classic Wesley Willis. Seems like he used that one a lot more
I bough a kn1200 hoping it would do Dr. wax samples. Like “suck my dog’s dick”. It doesn’t, now I’m wondering if those tracks are on the 2000.
