Jay is actually the type of person that always look cool, no matter what the situation is. I've never seen him embarrassing himself cuz he never does. Whatever he does or says he has this charisma and aura of coolness and when he shows his raw emotions he becomes even cooler. When I watched I-Land he became my absolute favourite from the very start. He gave me so much motivation to go for things I wanted and to never give up and just confidently try again. Thanks to that I actually took part in recruitment for higher position at my work, went through it smoothly without stressing so much (I was always eaten by stress in such situations before) and I got the job. So Jay is an absolute worthy person for the "idol" title.

i literally teared up when i saw jay's face when everyone but heeseung put his photo up at that question.. i know they did not want to hurt him and that they all are very good friends but i would be really hurt if it was me so after seeing his reaction it got me.. i hope he knows that he is not an embarrassment or anything like that at all. he is not the joke of the group or the one you should constantly make fun of. he is really talented, kind and caring (apart from his looks) and an inspiration and comforting person to many many engenes (including me).
