This mod was freaking awesome. I couldn't wait to see the finished product when you said you were modifying this deck. I have this deck combined with the star seed and I still don't use it even after taking out the cards I don't like but this gave it a whole new life!!!! ❤❤❤
This is quite possibly one of the best mods I've ever seen! You brought new life to a deck that I personally never thought I vibed with. You've tempted me to buy it and give modding a shot too 😝💜
Love your keywords for these, might add those to my guidebook as I work with this deck 🤭 it looks so nice without the bottom border and the keywords stamped on
This looks amazing! Yes, so 90s "tie dyed" look. They look more 'grounded' and relatable. Thank you for sharing this. Really creative! I haven't done anything like this but this pushes me further to create something of my own and/ or modify a deck.
This is freaking amazing!! 💖💖💖 Such an excellent way to make use of a deck that you like the artwork of but don't resonate with the keywords. I'm absolutely goingnto keep this idea in mind for possibly trying in the future. 🥰🥰🥰
Thank-you for doing this. I thought my cards were at a lost. I appreciate you. You have inspired me to do this to my generic decks I got with no guide books.
This is really awesome! Love the texture and coloring you achieved. I recently passed this deck along to a new home because I was in the same boat as you about it. You’ve definitely given it a total refresh! I say go in with some mark making. Before you even said you were thinking about it but didn’t want to go ham, I was thinking ohhh some black line work would create some cool contrast with the light, digital artwork.
That looks gorgeous Dani 💚💜 it must look perfect in a spread with Mystic Masters 😊 that original art is not something I would ever buy but your version -- yup!
What a beautiful mod!! I would love that deck lol. I bought a pack of blank tarot cards and am using them for collage art. The challange is finding pictures and stuff small enough to fit on the cards. I painted the background, then the collage, then put a few layers of modgepodge with very light sanding in between coats. It's fun to do.
Love your version! I'm not really using mine, it's too specific for general readings and not sure I'd go through the hassle of modifying it (since I like the overall aesthetic but not necessarily the specific cards) but it was fun to watch yours.
I haven’t gotten these decks because they just aren’t me or what I would use. I love this deck though. Tempted to get this to try a major modification.
I saw the thumbnail pic and was like "oooooo, I would buy that edition"....then dreams were dashed that I couldn't. Lol. Looks so GOOD!!!! I am far from that talented. I would try this with the Seasons of the Witch oracles ....I know, I know, I'm like the only person who doesn't care for those... but!....if I could cut off the bottoms/phrases on the cards and come up with new keywords....I would like them. 1 question: You mentioned glue....did you use mod podge to coat/stick the tissue paper on?
The deck looks awesome, I love the texturing!! Thanks for sharing lovely. 😊 The only change I've made to a deck is gold gilding on the Edgar Allan Poe. It bled pretty bad, but actually kinda works..! It's put me off modifying though. 😆 xo
I have the White Light Oracle and the Kuan Yin Oracle and I don't like the guidebook meanings so I have thought about coming up with my own and possibly adding my own keywords to the cards.
Omg Dani I LOVE this mod so much! You’re inspiring me to possibly do the same to my work your light/star seed mega deck as well as her yogic path oracle that I particularly struggle with bc there are no keywords. Do you have links to the stamps you used for the words?
I didn’t really go into the process here because I did full videos on it for my members, but the general idea is that I added tissue paper to texture and so that I could stamp and then sealed it again!
I did a mod podge over it all, but you could also use a pva glue/water mixture to seal it all as well. It’s all about making sure the ink doesn’t smudge and it stays down!
Gosh, these cards look so much better now! 😆🥰
😆💕
WOW. What a wonderful transformation.
Why do I prefer this version 😩
😬😆

Thank you so much 😄💕
Only 1/4 way in.. WOW Dani!!! They completely take on a whole new life.
Removing the bottom and adding your own keywords worked out so good! 🤩 Think I like this much more as the pictures popped more.. Beautiful done!
Thank you!!
Love your keywords for these, might add those to my guidebook as I work with this deck 🤭 it looks so nice without the bottom border and the keywords stamped on
Thank you so much!
I was skeptical but this is better than the original
This now feel like something I’ll use
this is so gooooood
Thanks!!!
This is really beautiful Dani. So creative. Love that you have the creative vision to totally reinvent something. Came out awesome.
Thank you!!
What an incredible makeover!
Fantastic mod. Thank you for sharing!
♥️
Love this!

It’s such a great experience!
@@DaniMystic I posted it in Boho Tarot and there was a stampede over to the video 😆
I absolutely love what you did!! 💖
I love what you did with this deck. Looks amazing! Great keywords too!
Oh, wow. This is such a fantastic mod. Thank you so much for sharing this. I feel so inspired! 😊
Thanks so much 😊
Wow!!! How amazing! Thank you for sharing this I have the other deck she has and it’s not one I feel a connection to but this could totally work!!!
Lovely ❤️
I adore it, Dani. Now. Please make an oracle deck, yes? And take all my money. :)
🤣🤣🤣
It looks awesome Dani! 👌
Thank you!
Wow, it turned out fantastic! I’m not really an Oracle person, but I’d buy this deck with the way you modded it. Great job!
Thank you 😊

I hope you enjoy the process ♥️
@@DaniMystic thank you
Wow!! 90s vibe is awesome. Totally impressive work you did. Love your vision and hope to see another mod sometime soon. 😍
I love the totally new look of the deck. You are so talented!
♥️♥️♥️
beautiful!

Oh that sounds like so much fun!!
This is fantastic
I didn't resonate with them and I sold them.. now I regret it.. u can always make it your own deck ❤️
What an improvement!
So the texture you added was paper? They look so much better.
Yes tissue paper!
Very nice! I have both those decks and ugh I have no clue what to do with them. I don’t know how to do modification like that but it’s pretty
Thanks! Paper, glue, a wing, and a prayer LOL
This turned out so cute! 👏

This was one that I thought I wanted but I really grew out of it quickly. Much rather these vibes 😄

1 question:
You mentioned glue....did you use mod podge to coat/stick the tissue paper on?
Yup!! You also may be able to use thin white napkins (you’d pull apart the layers) could also work!
The deck looks awesome, I love the texturing!! Thanks for sharing lovely. 😊 The only change I've made to a deck is gold gilding on the Edgar Allan Poe. It bled pretty bad, but actually kinda works..! It's put me off modifying though. 😆 xo
I had some that bled too! 🙈So nerve wracking but it’s good when it creates a whole vibe lol
I love the textured look. How did you do that?
Thanks l used tissue paper and mod podge
Looks cool!
😁thanks
Love this mod! Love the keywords and love the typewriter-like text!
Thanks 😊
I have the White Light Oracle and the Kuan Yin Oracle and I don't like the guidebook meanings so I have thought about coming up with my own and possibly adding my own keywords to the cards.
You totally should. It’s so much more meaningful!
This looks great ,I need do male mine look a bit better
It looks awesome! What materials and stamps did you use for the keywords?
Tissue paper and alphabet stamps
Omg I love this mod, I want to buy the deck to do the same now xD
😆🙌

I used these: www.hobbylobby.com/Scrapbook-Paper-Crafts/Stamping/Rubber-Stamps/Lowercase-Alphabet-Vintage-Type-Rubber-Stamps/p/14329
@@DaniMystic thank you!!
😳🤯🤩
How did you added the texture ? I didn't understood
I didn’t really go into the process here because I did full videos on it for my members, but the general idea is that I added tissue paper to texture and so that I could stamp and then sealed it again!
@@DaniMystic Okay thanks !
@@DaniMystic do you seal them with a fixative? I've contemplated modding cards but I wouldn't know what to finish them with to protect the mod
I did a mod podge over it all, but you could also use a pva glue/water mixture to seal it all as well. It’s all about making sure the ink doesn’t smudge and it stays down!
