Visa information
Visa applications are being accepted via VFS Global Centers (visa.vfsglobal...) only.
Applicants that come under the consular section of the Embassy of Poland in New Delhi (including applicants from Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Bhutan and Maldives) can apply at VFS Global Centers in New Delhi, Kolkata, Chandigarh & Jaipur.
If there are no appointments available that means all slots have been already booked. Regretfully, we are not able to accept more visa applications than slots opened at VFS Global. New appointments are opened on regular basis: 3 times a week (Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays).
There is no alternative way to book an appointment for submission of the visa application, but only through the VFS Global website.
Travel insurance
Please note that applicants applying for National visa must submit Travel medical insurance issued by a company from the list of approved Indian insurance companies, which meet the necessary conditions referred to in Article 25 (1) (2) (a) and Article 25 (1b) of the Act of 12 December 2013 on Foreigners - available at www.gov.pl/web...
Travel Medical insurance must be valid in the Schengen area and for the entire duration of stay (there cannot be restrictions such as: 30 days from entry. Insurance has to be valid throughout the whole stay).
