It's all fine and good that the Nigerian economy as well as the LASG are seeing the immense benefit of cargo delivery via rail systems, but what is the solution to removing these trailers along Tin can port at Apapa to make that road way commutable once again for cars ??

This is a great step moving forward. The Apapa region is an eyesore because of the number of trucks and tankers damaging roads in reducing the socio-economic well being of the citizens. It’s high time we shifted to rail services to convey freights. Also, providing security measures for the railway services is highly needed on the tracks to foster economic growth and development. I plead with the FG and NRC not to shy away from Electrification of the rail tracks. On a sincere note, we are long overdue.
