His phrases are similar to another Buzz that came out in 2004 at Disney Store under the Toy Story and Beyond Line by Thinkway Toys known as Space Rescue Buzz.He was basically a crossover of Intergalactic Buzz with chrome,and Interstellar Buzz with clear parts.
When thinkway made good Buzzes with full articulation, laser, wings AND an extra feature(either back lights up, spanish mode, remote control, etc) now they are missing 3 of these and also not painted properly(since they are missing paint in the hands) and they are selling those for the same price as the one in this video. IT'S RIDICULOUS!!

Here are some of the comparisons: -Toy Story 2009 Buzz vs 2019 Buzz(both by Thinkway): •2009: you activate it by pushing the purple button on the back, his head moves, it has retractable helmet, movie accurate toy mode face and articulation in arms, elbows, hands and fingers. •2019: Only has arm articulation and missing paint in the hands Both sold at the same price. I found a similar case with a toy story 3 interactive bodies buzz light year his stickers were not present so I gave him Disney store stickers from another Disney store buzz light year
I have the helmet for mine as well but I like him without the helmet gives him a better look.

the phrases and sounds are really similar to an older buzz called Space Rescue Buzz
That would be cool if thinkway would have added more lights like the space rescue buzz.

This is probably my favorite Buzz Lightyear. Even though it’s not very accurate it’s the one I grew up with so it’s special to me.
