For both chips my computer shows best driver already installed I have two boards one has ch340 chip and other has cp2102 I have installed both drivers but both boards are not detecting by computer either boards are faulty or may have firmware problem no solution still I found

Hi Alex, try to close and reopen Arduino IDE. If needed uninstall and reinstall software. if the issue is about linking proper libraries. Just wanted to add something here... If in the device manager it shows CH340 instead of CP210x, it will still work, don't worry about it unlike a stupid guy who spent 2 hours trying to download CP210x and then finding out that they are only needed for esp32 🙂(BTW I was talking about me, if U haven't found out yet). 😅

Hi Geetha, in this case you need to install drivers or try other micro USB cable. And then try again and see if your ESP8266 detects the port in device manager of computer. Hi Fatma, I hope you're using same version of Arduino IDE as shown in video. Otherwise you can consider reinstalling IDE and check. It seems to me an issue with IDE. I hope this may help. Wish you good luck!
Just wanted to add something here... If in the device manager it shows CH340 instead of CP210x, it will still work, don't worry about it unlike a stupid guy who spent 2 hours trying to download CP210x and then finding out that they are only needed for esp32 🙂(BTW I was talking about me, if U haven't found out yet). 😅
Mine is showing CH340 but when I upload the code it did not receive it and show me an error in uploading

The port option isn’t popping up in tools
