I used to work at a sign place in Warren that handled the signage for the Tom's King locations. We would take down the old signs and the red neon around the top of the building, then after the remodel was done we went back and installed the new signage. My job was to help the guys that actually knew about electricity, I was the designer and vinyl applier. I also had to strip out all the old red neon and pressure wash the metal cans, occasionally putting in the new LED lights. After spending so much time on the roofs of many Burger King I still have a hard time eating there.
Never seen a Burger King built so close to a multi-storey car park before, that is interesting. Also like the angled add-on serving window and the sunroom-like windows at the front too, great find btw 👍
A thing that was cool with that burger king was the alley right next to burger King was Dave grohl alley from the foo fighters because he was born and raised in warren

So he says “ they took the tables off to sell them to McDonald’s” lol not kidding! 😂 anyway I hope that brightens your day and we say hello from California. Great video. Closed November 2nd, 2022. There has been lots of vandalism done to the restaurant over the years. That is wprobably why the lights are on. Yes they are on at night,

The 26,Burger King Restaurants that closed permanently are boarded up,and the Burger King Signs are still on the buildings and the road side Signs are still up.
My home town for whatever that's worth lol. That burger King was homeless central they'd hang out asking for change and standing by the bathroom door waiting to hit u up for some money. At one time that burger King looked really nice. The music notes is part of the Dave Grohl thing back there. He played right over there in the street on the square one day
This one closed because a girl made a Facebook video of how nasty the inside grill area was it was all over the news, so the city shut them down because it was nasty with rats
I wonder if another OH franchisee bought the location and is planning to remodel/reopen... maybe a different brand (Taco Bell, Red Robin, etc) is going to open and is bringing their tables/furniture?

Lived in Warren and been to that BK a few times. Then moved out of town. Ty liked seeing my old town.😊😊

I explored an abandoned 50-year old Hungry Jack's (the Australian counterpart) in Gilles Plains after it moved to a new building in Hillcrest.

That weird angled window is the pay window to speed up the drive thru. Our bk stopped using it 12 years ago
