- Thank you for watching and for your kind comments. I got a rare variegated Monstera again. It is beautiful as a big white flower. I also made a video of the planting. We went to a gardening store in a hotel in Yokohama, my husband made an impulse purchase of a larger Platycerium Grande, and I took my time to take care of the plants on the weekend.
I spend most of my time with plants except for work and housework 🌱.

憧れのお部屋です！たくさんの種類の植物がありながら、雑然とせずまとまっていて素敵。私は植物8つだけでコバエや各種虫と戦っていますが…この素晴らしい空間の保ち方を教えていただきたいです。
わー、嬉しいコメントありがとうございます💚植物が多いので、あれこれ考えるとキリがないので、風通しを良くすること、カイガラムシを早期に発見すること、鉢を清潔に保つことぐらいは、いつも意識しています🤗コバエ対策は色々あるようですが、一度わくとしつこいですよね。我が家は、特にカイガラムシに要注意という感じです。いつもジロジロと植物を観察しています👁😆
お返事、有難うございます！非常に勉強になります。毎朝の水やりに状態をウォッチするようにします。あと葉が生い茂って密集しがちなので、風通しを考えて剪定しようかと思います。カイガラムシも気を付けます。これからも動画楽しみにしております、有難うございます！
葉水も有効だと思います（葉水をしない方がよい植物もありますが）。アサリさんのおっしゃる通り、我が家も、葉が密集して風通しが悪くなって虫と格闘しています😆今日はクロトンの葉をカットしました。

7:50 those rosemary branches you cut for cooking you can use to propagate them. Just put the branch in water and they will root.

Good morning I live here in Florida USA, I loooove your videos. Can u tell me how can I do to have plants inside n no mosquitos? I have them in my back yard, but I will love have them inside too , no even like your, yours is amazing beautiful, but some plants I will be so happy, can u help me , what can I do to not have mosquitos on my plants.plz. thank you for your videos is a big inspiration.

We currently have very few small flies in our house. The little flies are from the soil.
I know it is said that small flies can come from the soil. If you are growing plants indoors, you might want to use inorganic soil. But I am not a professional, so I don't know if I am right. Also, in Japan, "fly repellent soil" is sold at home centers. I think there is one in the U.S. as well. If flies appear, there is also a medicine sold that you can spray on the soil to kill the flies. It might be a good idea to focus on the soil.
