- After an explosive start to the season, the LA Chargers have faced the biggest challenge for any football team; injuries. With the four key positions being out of pocket, the offense and defense dove deep to find the proper adjustments going into the weeks after their bye.
On episode six of ALL IN Season 2, No Flinch, watch as the team took accountability and used their losses to the Jaguars and Seahawks as motivation to produce what it would take to fight for a win against the Atlanta Falcons.
Going into week 10, the team will apply these solutions against the 49ers as the Chargers battle for position in the AFC West.

For all the injuries we have experienced this year we are still 5 and 3. This is a different team this is a team that has depth and fights until the end. We got this bolt nation, have faith and support our chargers!

At the end of that falcons game Justin Herbert did something I hadn’t seen him do since his rookie year. This mean compromised on broken plays and creating completions out of thin air when we needed it most. He wasn’t listening to his coaches, he was just feeling the game. I’ve been a chargers fan a long ass time and everything says we should lose this game, so we’re probably gonna win this bitch. I think Herbert has got his feet under him and finally has a sense of comfortability. We got this.
I wish he would do this more, don’t listen strictly to the coaches, you know what’s good for the team and you know how well you can play don’t let the coaches put a leash on you.

Injuries just an excuse at this point. If the coaches cannot adjust to the personnel they got then fire them, they are clearly not aware. We have better personnel than the Giants at this point and they are playing way better. Our defense is bottom three and the less talented Jets Defense is top 3. Our QB is arguably one of the best in the league but he is playing worse than the Seahawks starter who used to be a back up for us. Coaches are the issue, not the injuries... Fire Staley and his phony crew.

He’s a good coach but the chargers are taking a huge risk with a not so proven coach. It’s only his second year coaching and has Super Bowl expectations.
