I feel like ‘A Tale of Two Stans’ is one of the best episodes of Gravity Falls despite every episode being a best episode.

Gideon had Journal #2 and he freaked out when it turned out Dipper had #3, not #1. Maybe there was no "Continued in Journal #3" note at the end, because Ford already became a little paranoid, or maybe it was written with an UV ink and Gideon never saw it.
The timing was what got me. I mean, the editing near the end was just (wait for it)
