Every thing i do. But i click on play botton my commando not start. I wait but game not open

Sir.. Can you help me to change the audio language on CMD3, already fix the text language, but cant help the auido language
I am also facing audio issue it's Russian in game. Text is in english. But while audio is in russian
I did all the steps like you did and opened windower as admin but still when I *Activate emulation* it says “Administrator rights needed to start hook”

Reduced color mode 16 bit
check on run this program administrator
apply
ok
run d3d windower in administrator
