@Choose Wisely I meant that in general, as a combination of white and blue in the Finnish flag.Blue has different shade though.And I like when old things, in this case the car, are beautifully restored.🤍💙

Cute neighborhood, Helinski must mean a lot to you, glad the 25+'C didn't slow you down too much. Just watched todays "Winter Wonderland", Tanto Park, now that's beautiful! How much snow is massive for you guys? Looked like maybe 10 inches or so, and a wet heavy snow too, quite a few broken tree branches. As always, lagom alldeles! Thanks, James
Well, this amount, about 10 inches, is a lot for Stockholm. The rest of the country- particularly the north - are off course making fun of Stockholm that’s surprised and incapacitated every year. Then again they are not relying on public transportation for their everyday life. Glad you liked it!

Helsinki-Töölö looks like a very decent neighbourhood to me, with its solid and architecturally-detailed 1920s/30s/40s buildings as well as small parks scattered here and there.
I did enjoy seeing many small and independent shops which in my view always strengthen the general feel of urban decency - unlike major chain-shops that have sadly flooded many streets around the World making these look boring, rather soulless, cheap and somehow vulgar.
Yes, I also enjoy neighborhoods with original stores- it’s getting ever so rare!

The unusually bright night sky was probably a result of certain circumstances, when city lights are reflected from fresh white snow on the ground back in the sky, and there must still be snowing so the reflected light is scattered from snowflakes and trapped in the snow clouds which then look unusual bright.But don't quote me, I'm not a scientist, just remember once reading about this.
