Eric was(is, really) my favorite Mega64 member. I always found his contributions interesting, and his "antagonism" always felt like it was coming from a place of trying to enhance the podcast and introduce contrast to the others' viewpoints. Even then, the community always overreacted to his personality, and in reality, I really think his energy flowed with the group a lot more than against it. Eric put so much effort and love into producing the podcast and working with the boyz, and was always pushing himself and others to improve and enhance the experience. It really frustrates me how so many people in the community treated him like a liability, especially since it seemed like at points it was really damaging his self esteem as a performer. He's responsible for so much of the quality and culture of the group, and deserved to be validated and appreciated like this more often. I'm glad that he seems to be flourishing at Rooster Teeth, I think that job provided him with a lot of opportunities for growth he filled into extremely well.
100% agree. Not that the podcast now is bad in the slightest, but you can notice his absence. Obviously everyone has grown up a little now but Eric always brought that chaotic energy. He always sparked really interesting conversations.
this is easily one of the most impressive moments in mega64 podcast history. i can see that the group grew closer together because of this and i'm glad to have seen it. kudos, mega64. kudos.
I've not really checked in on anything Mega64 related in years, stumbled across this video, always knew I liked Eric for some reason but it never clicked until now that I had such similarities. Good insight into the other guys too.
Derrick you didn't know about the pizza, it's not your fault. If you knew you wouldn't have done it :) And rocco, you never meant to hurt your brother, and if you knew that was gonna happen, you wouldn't have pushed him- so don't be hard on yourself. You didn't mean to hurt him anyway. You were 10 for god's sake. You were both innocent. You love your brother, so enjoy just that. You didn't mean to do anything bad. Take a deep breath and think about that. I love you roc :* And derrick, that toilet thing was an accident too, when you think about these things and why they happened, and think about why you feel bad, the negative feelings and the problem go away.. you find the truth, and you relax :) The truth is everything is okay and good things are the only things that exist.
Rocco has this sense of humor where he can make fun of people but can't take the heat. Also, Eric, i just want you to know, you're funny. Who gives a fuck if you're popular.
Who's the Doctor Who fan? I've watched so much mega64 but I have never heard anything about Dr.Who even in a joking manner. Hell, I've watched this clip so many times but somehow I *just* caught that.
I love how Kevin, after all this heavy shit just sort of waltz's into frame and plops down on the couch with a grin on his face. It could not have been better timed.
Derrick is that one friend we all have who always finds it necessary to counter someone talking about their problems with a detailed account of how easily he deals with that problem and how it's such a non-issue to them for some reason
People dislike Eric I think because he makes erratic decisions like he did during that call. Moreso when he insults people's interests intensely. People definitely care about him though. I like him.
See I do the exact same thing as Eric, where I retrospectively over analyse everything far too much, yet I know I'm not as funny as he is. Or as popular. So I'm completely fucked.
Poor Eric never felt loved and left for the Loving embrace of Rooster Teeth. we did this to ourselves 😭
this is actually one of my favorite podcast moments, I still find myself coming back every so often
Going threw a rough time in life and came back today, 2020 to check this out again.
this was actually entertaining as hell
Oh shit. Waddup
Wtf. Just watched a video from you today. Small world.
Finding vaatvidya all over the old mega64 vids warms my cold little heart.

"do you need a hug right now because i can call bryan" underrated line
This is the Human Instrumentality Project
We all return to nothing.
I finally understand this comment after watching the series, holy shit
all 5 members of the podcast are watching this video right now trying to figure out how this happened
hey guys
Holy shit, you're an internet soldier too Vaati?!? Hell fuckin yeah! Keep up the great work soldier 🫡🫡🫡
Years later, and Kevin just walking onto the set at the very end is still the most hilarious thing to me.
"I'll be dead at 35" is exactly how I feel lmao
I remember a quote from Jane from Daria.
"I like having low self esteem. Makes me feel special."
That is Eric.
+jedisquidward yep you found him out darnit
Holy shit. That pretty much sums me up.
almost three fucking years later, but man eric really hits close to him for me.
this is easily one of the most impressive moments in mega64 podcast history. i can see that the group grew closer together because of this and i'm glad to have seen it. kudos, mega64. kudos.
this was awesome, cool to see mega64 can keep it real

Derrick at 16:49 is honestly some of the realest shit I've ever heard.
"I apologize to Microwave."

Eric is my favourite crew member.
History was made this day.
Im drunk love you Eric
I'm drunk now, love you eric from 6 years ago.
I'm also drunk now. Love you Eric
im fine
I'm watching this for the first time and it's shocking how much Eric is acting and talking like my dad, who has very bad depression. It's uncanny.
Rocco has this sense of humor where he can make fun of people but can't take the heat. Also, Eric, i just want you to know, you're funny. Who gives a fuck if you're popular.
this video was on the "Up Next" thing at the side of the Rocco hanging up video

this was a beautiful moment on the podcast
This was a genuinely helpful and insightful conversation. Trill.
Derrick is that one friend we all have who always finds it necessary to counter someone talking about their problems with a detailed account of how easily he deals with that problem and how it's such a non-issue to them for some reason
CallMeQkef he kinda seems to be a contrarian in general, still one of my favorite boys
Group works through their neurosis. Sad day.
The guy on the far left- I dont know if I think i've ever seen him speak
Check out mega64s latest video. He talks.
Doesn't speak the language.
Eric Badour: the jerk with the heart of gold.
Eric complaining about how he thinks he nobody wants to see him talk is more annoying than if he actually just answered the question and moved on.
eric u sweetheart
Well I think we all learned something here today
I feel very similar to Eric in regards to going over things in my head.
I miss Eric man
derrick: i ate someone's pizza
eric: i'm self conscious about my wrestling fandom
rocco: i almost killed my brother
quite a gap, there
This is the best podcast clip I've ever seen, or maybe a tie with the very erotic "qualities you look for in a game" discussion.
People dislike Eric I think because he makes erratic decisions like he did during that call. Moreso when he insults people's interests intensely. People definitely care about him though. I like him.
I can relate, Eric. BOY...I can relate.
Depression stealing pizza and almost killing ur younger brother in 30 minutes.......damn....
Pallam is the best member of Mega64.
this got really deep out of fucking nowhere
jesus
I used to hate eric until i watched this. now i love eric.
Oh he really opens up at 15:12.
how is it that every comment on youtube to date is hate for eric and the skype chat is nothing but adoration.
how in depth
open your hearts to the healing
absolute classic
Derrick seems annoyed the most.
this is my favorite video
still a banger
So did Eric ever get that $5k?
this is wild
Erics almost 35
See I do the exact same thing as Eric, where I retrospectively over analyse everything far too much, yet I know I'm not as funny as he is. Or as popular. So I'm completely fucked.
Tell Dave it's all in hand, I've got my phone ram jammed with beautiful memories, it's wots gonna keep me sane!!!
Why is Eric such a high blood pressured insecure little weasel? I feel bad for him.
i love the video title lol
So is Eric gonna pay Shawn since he made it to 36?
jesus, rocco's laugh
Maybe he can relate.
This is PROBIBALLY cause
Poor alternate dimension Rocco
Looks like Eric is about to lose the bet
eric is the best
Crap redo, This is probably caused from all the hate comments on Eric from every past video o: poor Eric LOVE YOU DUDE
This was painful to watch.
eric. :'(
So is this kid like an actual wrestler now?
I'm glad Eric didn't talk about wrestling and I don't have any interest in his interests. He was correct.
he's talking a lot about himself
Eric is trying to act like a baby to get all of the attention. Congrats Eric, you did it...
