  • Thanks for joining us for the second video for interpart modeling in our NX™ software Tips and Tricks series. In this entry, we are going to look at assembly modifications through tools like product and WAVE link interfaces. We hope you can pull useful workflow tips out of this demo.
What can you gain from the following video?
✅ Utilize product interfaces to increase productivity
    🖊️ Renaming the interface
⏳ Edit product interface parts without altering the parent part with WAVE Interface Linker Tool

What's the difference between using product interfaces and simply WAVE linking without using interfaces?

Hey, Thaigo, when you want to create a linked feature for a large number of features, you may find it easier to use the WAVE Interface Linker instead of the WAVE Geometry Linker. The WAVE Interface Linker is designed to link to a list of interface objects, whereas the WAVE Geometry Linker is designed primarily to select simple objects in the graphics window.
