It was very good Dom, and great the BMFA have these facilities and are prepared to drive long distances to help promote the hobby. Being on my doorstep helped as well 👍😁
Outstanding Cliff! What a great way to promote the hobby, and a fun day to boot. You have to love the sound of a Lancaster. One Merlin is good, four is another level. Curious have you seen either of the American military display teams, the Blue Angels or Thunderbirds?
It was a brilliant day Adam really enjoyed it shame I couldn't have gone both days, still I've got the video to remember it by. No I've never seen the American display teams live one day perhaps 🤔👍
Hi Jeff, yeah it was pretty much perfect, I've never seen so many people watching either, probably half of them were holidaymakers but as the whole thing is free it usually draws a decent crowd. The funfair was on the next green along as well. From the beach I could see the whole length of the seawell which is about a mile and it was packed all the way, and that's not including the headlands and there was little old me wandering around with my hat cam talking to myself 😁👍
@Stephen Jones Rc Aircraft I had a chat with them later on Stephen and they were driving back to London and Yorkshire respectively ... no time for a cider 😪👍
Looked like a great day Cliff, a lot of what you saw air display wise were at the West Midlands Air Display (Ragley Hall,Warwickshire) over the whole of the weekend, brilliant weather, brilliant displays, brilliant people.
Hi Gary, it was a great day, made special of course by the presence of the local model club who have been invited back next year. I wonder where they all displayed first ... must have done a round robin of England, cheers 😁👍
I do know that it was the first display of the season for the Red Arrows at Ragley Hall according to Red Ten, LMA were there but no local model clubs which was disappointing.
Just a flavour of the day's events, loads of really interesting people came to our stand ... great day 👍
Beautiful day Buddy!
You got that right Dutch 👍
What a top day out! Thanks for sharing Cliff

Thanks it was, tiring come the end as a few of us helped to pack away the tentage etc 👍The flight sims were busy pretty much all day too 🙂
Nice weather for an airshow!!
Perfect weather Guy, the onshore breeze served to take the sting out of the sun, yep perfect, cheers 👍
Great air fair cliff Thanks for showing how another country celebrates this occasion. ... Florida soul.
Glad you enjoyed it Ron, thanks for watching, cheers
It was a good show, and worth going for just the Pitts Special. Even the weather played ball this year!
Doesn't get much better Bob does it, great to see you there ... surprised you didn't ask for a lovely photograph of us together though 😁😁👍

It was one of those really memorable days Kev, cheers.
Great show! Looks like you had a great day. Was a little concerned that Thosemagnificentmen might suffer a bird strike by those seagulls. 😂
It was a really great day Darrell, not sure who would come of worse though! 👍

@@CliffHarveyRCPlanes Special Day for sure
I wanted the guys on the bikes to do a barrel role.
I am sure they will in the Pub 😉
You would have been fun to see 😁👍

Looks like a pretty cool air show. Wish I could have gone with you.
It was good David and only an eight mile drive, you can come next year 🙂👍

@@garyshakles7764 Local clubs need to jump on this fantastic bandwagon ... every club I know of needs more members!
Quite agree Cliff, keep up the good work promoting the hobby.❤
