Yes mate. I've got this one in my arsenal brother I was buzzing when I got it picked it up about 4 years ago. I'm a proper nerd when it comes to collecting graff books. I've got fuzz ones autobiography as well. It's amazing.
After grabbing a lot of the newer London graffiti books/magazines recently I also see this book up for sale, didn’t end up getting it so glad you shared this 👍 and your black book vids was a great watch as well keep at it! 🔥
What a treasure that is - so glad that you uploaded this one mate. When you said the first time that it was like early UK graff and mentioned Bando - I had already thought that - so damn true. Watching through old footage and seeing how humble the guy appeared while in the meantime killing it with his work he certainly deserves so much credit for his contribution to the origins of this artform and the generations that followed afterwards. Looking forward to part 2
Yes mate, without Dondi it'd be a very different graf world. He contributed so much to the scene. You see his influence everywhere when you start searching for it. He's my absolute favourite from back then. Styles forever!

I switch the second letter in my tag from Y or I often. Really depends on what I'm doing, sometimes I use the number 1. But they all pronounce the same.
The dondi whole car part 3 was done when the MTA was on strike that was when they went in from the night time and stay there till the next day M.cooper from subway art took photos of dondi doing his whole car M.cooper tells the story of that whole car children of grave part 3..??

Children part 3 is absurd. The proportions of the letters, given the way it was painted are just ridiculous. There's 8? colours plus his outline? The use of colour is ridiculous, broken up by that green in the centre. He weren't sat scrolling down a palette and I like that. Definition of a whole car IMO.
Yeah man agree. I've never painted a wholecar in my life and probably never will now. I take my hat off to anyone who does them and this guy absolutely bossed them, most iconic cars in graf history imo. I love the classic SEEN and BLADE cars obvs, but DONDI's cars rock like nothing else.

The children of the grave part 2 I believe was done during a rail strike in New York and they pretty much had all the time in the world to paint.
