How could I systematically tell students about writing paragraphs
Thanks for the comment, Antana! To be honest, it doesn't matter to me how introduce different types of paragraphs. There are a few factors that I consider before making my decision.
1. Do these students need to know all types?
2. Which one does my institute/curriculum require me to cover throughout the course?
3. Do my students need to know everything or may it be confusing to them?
4. Should I use ESL terminology to teach my students how to write a paragraph or can I simplify it for them?
And some other questions that I might ask myself. Then, choosing my approach would not be difficult. I hope it helps.
yey!!!
