It doesn't matter what Dimash sings; rock, pop, folk, opera, mix of styles or his own musical style. He always sounds outstanding. That's why he is the most versatile artist on our time. Aside from being a great composer, producer,… How huge DQ is! Take care and thanks Paul 👏👋

Dimash is already filling out big stadiums. I’ve been to five overseas concerts so far, the last being in May in Istanbul with over 30,000 people I believe. Dimash has always sung pop songs. His three hour concerts need the release of energy every now and then because many of Dimash’s big songs are heartbreaking, emotional and dramatic. We would be wrecks if we couldn’t clap and dance along every now and again. Try Neverland from his early days in China. It’s got really fun lyrics. There are two versions at least, one being on the top of a tall building with dancing pandas and one inside with a big galleon floating, both good.

He doesn’t sing this song at his concerts anymore, unfortunately. I love the messages he tries to get across to us in his Art.
This was his solo concert at Moscow, I believe.

Thank you. Said it before, will probably say it again. How many artists can challenge as many different genres as Dimash? Passion and courage.

Since 2017 Dimash sang pop songs. Lay Down isn`t a new song. He is always that entertaining in his solo concerts.

This performance of Dimash's composition, Lay Down, was at his Moscow solo concert in 2019. I believe it was the D-Dynasty concert tour which started in China. Dimash's concerts are all this this and even bigger audiences now. He sings a huge eclectic mix of genres and styles from start to finish. He really pumps up the crowd from the very opening number and mesmerizes his huge audiences everywhere he goes. The latest concert was in Istanbul Turkey to about 40,000 people who flew in from 71 countries around the world to Istanbul to attend his 30th birthday concert on May 24, 2024. Apparently he has plans to bring his anniversay concert to the USA but no date yet. We are just finding out some of his cities in his schedule this year. Tickets are on sale for Prague Czech Republic and Dusseldorf Germany for November this year and a concert planned for Astana Kazakhstan in September. You might consider watching Dimash's Almaty "Stranger" Tour concert which is on Dimash's TH-cam channel in three parts. It was an amazing concert production and watching the entire concert is an experience not to be missed. If you want to react to the concert, as many others have done, you can watch one song at a time. I'll add them to your list if you wish to do this but don't feel obligated if instead you would like to just sit down one of these days and watch the entire almost 4 hr concert on your own.😄😉

Hi Bud, Great reaction as always but is it not possible to adjust screen so we can see the subtitles also. 😊😊

That is a good idea to ask for, although it's not possible on this video as the original video has the lyrics already put on it and they are very low on the screen. Also for this video the lyrics shown are not what he is singing most of the time. Even the lyrics online are wrong (on every site I have checked anyway and I have checked out 4 so far). It's probably because he's easily misheard due to his accent. I've found that making the video full screen helps if you have a laptop or computer or TV, but most phone screens are too small to see the subtitles during reactions, sadly! Sometimes you can, sometimes you can't. I usually end up looking them up separately but it's not the same is it?

@@anniebygrave9300 thanks, it does show them for an instant when he pauses. Could he not put the screen a bit higher? I know we know what he's saying but I always think it's doing a disservice to the artist because someone who is a fan of the reactor and watches them react to anyone, may not have come across Dimash before and to enable them to see lyrics may make them want to watch Dimash vids themselves 😊😊

Early on I used to make the videos the major part of the screen, and I was in the corner. People complained that they couldn't see my reaction. That's why I do it the way that I do now. If you make my reaction full screen, it might help you see the subtitles.

@@paulschmehl2124 No worries Paul most of us know what he's saying anyway, please read my reply to Annie by grave if you haven't already, it explains my main concern about people who might not know Dimash and watch your reactions because they follow you.👍👍😊🇬🇧
