I totally agree Ara, if we don't use our supplies in our journals they will just collect dust. I too always try to use printed pictures and forget about the stationery that I have. Mostly, it's about mundane things or if I have a thought in my head. I don't decorate it yet since I am still new to journaling. What I really like about in this video is the rotating sushi! Hi Ara🌼🌿, How are you this week? When I saw the news about the flooding in Seoul I was shocked and worried about the people affected😰. Floods can become so dangerous very quickly😖. I'm so glad the weather cleared up and that there was some sun. I hope you and your loved ones were all safe🥺. This week I have to catch up and write lots of journal entries too😅! I started a new journal- I decided to work in a A4 one. I now have lots of space to write📖. It was my birthday🥳, and I saw friends too🥰. I also had to sort out the stationery that arrived in the post all at once after a long time😫. I only managed to sort my stamps properly today. I bought some trays of different sizes that could be stacked on top of each other to fit nicely in the pretty box I currently store my stamps. I tried to sort my stamps into groups according to subject theme🧐🤓🔍, like flowers🌸 or animals🐇. I think it took me over an hour of arranging🙃🤪🥴. The sushi looked really good🍣. I like seafood too. I have been craving prawns🍤 for a long time, but haven't gotten to eat them again yet😥. I did eat some very good food☺️ on the day after my birthday at a local cafe restaurant: pork belly with mustard and sweet potato wedges with mayo dip😋. And then a few days later I got to try even better food. My mom was sent home with a catering lunch box after a conference in the neighbouring city and surprisingly it was very fancy. It was a 3 course restaurant meal with big portions! She couldn't finish it, so I helped her, haha😅🤤. I now know of a restaurant that I can easily recommend for catering even if it's for a wedding🤩. I can't forget how good their beef fillet is😋, or how delicious their custard mille-feille tastes🤤😁. The tart from TarrTarr looks mouthwatering👀. Even thinking of fruit tarts is refreshing🍊🍍🍓🍒🍇🥝. Eating them with a fork is a struggle though😑, even with a dessert fork🤨. I have cake/dessert forks that have a edge that helps with cutting. But I think there are some special dessert knives and pastry cutlery out there too in western cutlery patterns🤔. Over the years, I've seen so many specialized cutlery and crockery items that work very well for their task, but they are not used as every day items🤷🏽♀️. What your art teacher said about knowing when to stop made me think carefully about the past🤔. When I was at school, we had to choose an area of art to specialise in for our last few years of high school. I chose painting. We had several projects a year: between 4 and 8. It took weeks and even months to finish something😕. So when I consider that, it's amazing how much painting one can get finished for a journal entry😯. It's amazing that you made such a beautiful picture of a fruit tart, Ara🤩. If I think about how long it would have taken us art students to do that in the past at school, I would have to say that it would be at least one week of daily classes😶. So I think that everyone doing creative journaling these days should congratulate themselves😊. You are all doing a great job💙! I see that you bought Lisianthus😃 this week- my lisianthus flowers just started to bloom. They took a long time to form buds, but I'm glad they survived well through the winter😅. Your lisianthus are so elegant😍! I really love that delicate shade of pink💕. It's true, the can be a bit fragile to handle, but they are so pretty! I hope I can find that colour lisianthus plant. My lisianthus are very, VERY Purple this time, haha🤣! They were a lighter purple when I bought them. Maybe it's the plant food and fertilizer I put in their soil🤷🏽♀️. And I bought ✨gerbera plants✨ after seeing your gerbera cut flowers! I went to the plant nursery after buying only one stamp ( but also 4 stamp ink pads😬😅) because it was on the same street as the craft store. I found gerberas in stock, and luckily they were a colour I liked☺️. I got cream-white coloured gerberas, which is a bit unusual to find in the plant nurseries in my city. Most of the time they only sell extremely *orange*🧡 or bright red❤ ones. So far they are growing well. It was lovely to see Coco and Chuchu as well😺😸. I think a lot of cat parents know the struggle of their cats not caring about new toys🙂🙃🙂. But at least you can say that the first cat tower is still loved very much😌. I totally agree Ara, if we don't use our supplies in our journals they will just collect dust. I too always try to use printed pictures and forget about the stationery that I have. How are you this week? When I saw the news about the flooding in Seoul I was shocked and worried about the people affected😰. Floods can become so dangerous very quickly😖. I'm so glad the weather cleared up and that there was some sun. I hope you and your loved ones were all safe🥺.
This week I have to catch up and write lots of journal entries too😅!
I started a new journal- I decided to work in a A4 one. I now have lots of space to write📖. It was my birthday🥳, and I saw friends too🥰. I also had to sort out the stationery that arrived in the post all at once after a long time😫. I only managed to sort my stamps properly today. I bought some trays of different sizes that could be stacked on top of each other to fit nicely in the pretty box I currently store my stamps. I tried to sort my stamps into groups according to subject theme🧐🤓🔍, like flowers🌸 or animals🐇. I think it took me over an hour of arranging🙃🤪🥴.
The sushi looked really good🍣. I like seafood too. I have been craving prawns🍤 for a long time, but haven't gotten to eat them again yet😥. I did eat some very good food☺️ on the day after my birthday at a local cafe restaurant: pork belly with mustard and sweet potato wedges with mayo dip😋. And then a few days later I got to try even better food. My mom was sent home with a catering lunch box after a conference in the neighbouring city and surprisingly it was very fancy. It was a 3 course restaurant meal with big portions! She couldn't finish it, so I helped her, haha😅🤤. I now know of a restaurant that I can easily recommend for catering even if it's for a wedding🤩. I can't forget how good their beef fillet is😋, or how delicious their custard mille-feille tastes🤤😁.
The tart from TarrTarr looks mouthwatering👀. Even thinking of fruit tarts is refreshing🍊🍍🍓🍒🍇🥝. Eating them with a fork is a struggle though😑, even with a dessert fork🤨. I have cake/dessert forks that have a edge that helps with cutting. But I think there are some special dessert knives and pastry cutlery out there too in western cutlery patterns🤔. Over the years, I've seen so many specialized cutlery and crockery items that work very well for their task, but they are not used as every day items🤷🏽♀️.
What your art teacher said about knowing when to stop made me think carefully about the past🤔. When I was at school, we had to choose an area of art to specialise in for our last few years of high school. I chose painting. We had several projects a year: between 4 and 8. It took weeks and even months to finish something😕. So when I consider that, it's amazing how much painting one can get finished for a journal entry😯. It's amazing that you made such a beautiful picture of a fruit tart, Ara🤩. If I think about how long it would have taken us art students to do that in the past at school, I would have to say that it would be at least one week of daily classes😶. So I think that everyone doing creative journaling these days should congratulate themselves😊. You are all doing a great job💙!
I see that you bought Lisianthus😃 this week- my lisianthus flowers just started to bloom. They took a long time to form buds, but I'm glad they survived well through the winter😅. Your lisianthus are so elegant😍! I really love that delicate shade of pink💕. It's true, the can be a bit fragile to handle, but they are so pretty! I hope I can find that colour lisianthus plant. My lisianthus are very, VERY Purple this time, haha🤣! They were a lighter purple when I bought them. Maybe it's the plant food and fertilizer I put in their soil🤷🏽♀️.
And I bought ✨gerbera plants✨ after seeing your gerbera cut flowers! I went to the plant nursery after buying only one stamp ( but also 4 stamp ink pads😬😅) because it was on the same street as the craft store. I found gerberas in stock, and luckily they were a colour I liked☺️. I got cream-white coloured gerberas, which is a bit unusual to find in the plant nurseries in my city. Most of the time they only sell extremely *orange*🧡 or bright red❤ ones. So far they are growing well.
It was lovely to see Coco and Chuchu as well😺😸. I think a lot of cat parents know the struggle of their cats not caring about new toys🙂🙃🙂. But at least you can say that the first cat tower is still loved very much😌.

It's difficult to eat the tart with a fork, it's not just for me! lol The cookie dough under the tart is broken by the fork. I was wondering what specialized cutlery and crockery items you found. Sometimes I wonder if I should buy kitchen items that I might use once a year or not. 😅

In my country, only professional flower farmers grow such flowers. I can't imagine how those flowers grow out of the ground. Because I always only see their cut flowers and their appearance in vases. I love flowers, but I want them to bloom again every year. It is very sad to be abandoned while decorating my room. I feel guilty about them. But I can't grow those foreign flowers myself. I envy you for having a garden and climate.
And I love purple ricianthus too! In fact, when I ordered it, I was hesitant between purple and pink. I bought pink this time, but next time I will order purple. And creamy gerbera!! 🤩🤩 My God, it must be very beautiful. Gerbera is really cute and girly. All flowers are perfect for you, Rosa ☺💗

It was very cool and delicious. I love the Alaskan iced tea flavor too! It's my favorite Capri Sun with mango orange flavor😻☀👍 It's sad that it is no longer imported from Indonesia 😥 I'm afraid that it will disappear someday in Korea as well. Because in the past, it was advertised a lot and many people drank it, but now it's not... 😭 I hope I can keep drinking 🙏🧃

Yes, Capri-son is so cool. I guess it's really the first pouch drink i ever saw. Well, I did found some imitation stuff like capri-son like 1-2 years ago, but it said caprisun or something, but the silver packaging , the orange straw, and the design, is so much look a like, but i only found orange flavour at that time.
In my country, as far as i remembered it's not advertised that much in the old days too. I just found it in market near my house. So i don't really know if its so much popular or not in my country. Also, I thought it was only sold in specific market, that's why it's so hard to find it. Gosh, i could remember when i was child and saw that, i could buy up to 10 pouch at one time ㅎㅎㅎ..
