I would say for me, since the Lions Gate portal, I've noticed subtle changes at first, and more recently I would describe it as a pressure cooker... As soneone that has finally heal enough to figure out what is self love and how to apply it to myself as of my 34 years of life and also i do believe am a master healer, i do lots of self healing and am moving forward, in balance and alow to give myself my right to exist and allow my journey to take flight, also am finally moving forward with my crazy dreams of mine.

I was just starting to get comfortable with the concept of duality this year when I was suddenly met with the term ‘non-duality’. I humbly resonate. I went no contact with my family Jan. 2024. thank you so much for this progress note. Still in hermit mode, yet attend spiritual classes to be around like minded, heart centered people. This past weekend, i was feeling lost because not a-lot of psychic material has come up. But during one meditation I clairaudient heard 'Master"...of what? Plus, a bug jump outside a window i was sitting in front of. I figured it meant reiki or something but your message is hitting.
