Best innerworld is the Dead menos one (Black not White cuz white make flashstep nearly invisible)
Cuz it has probably the largest size and less obstacles

Guys, I beated my bankai 2nd try, if you have vizard pop it for more speed and hope for rei regen variant, all you gotta do is keep your distance and spam ranged moves like zangerin sankaysui and shinen raiyo, they do a lot of dmg, if the bankai ever gets close, pop fushibi and run away, and if you can pop tsuzuri raisen m2 to keep the npc stuck would be good as well, my npc did not bug not even once, but I’m b.essed with rei regen variant which helped alot, all I can say cuz that’s all I did, and if the bankai does that ball soe move, just use danku like he did in the video
Please try to use any trash weapons so the crit changes, do not use katana, you also can risk it with odachi and long sword, but be careful cuz both have hyperamor m2, I did mine with odachi, its all good if you maintain distance
