I know you aren't a developer so you have no control over this, but "communicate well" is what bothers me most about the game as I don't have third party voips to use with random players so I need in game voice chat and since it's proximity, even to your partner, I can't coordinate anything.
Side question though, what is your FOV for Spectre and Reaper? It seems different than default.

I play on 3440x1440 with the FOV set to 120
