- Today we will learn the easiest way to make egg korma curry masala recipe or it can be called Shahi anda Korma curry.We by will make this recipe in full Hyderabadi style and no potato will be used in this recipe as is used in Bengal.This egg korma curry masala recipe recipe is very popular in different restaurants of india and this recipe is totally an indian recipe, this recipe is very good to eat with rice bread and naan.Egg Korma masala is one of the main dishes of all the dhabas along the Indian Highway.
Ingredients for egg Korma masala curry recipe
Hole spice:
Black paper - 15 gram
Cardamom- 3
Clove- 2
Cinnamon- 2
Bay leaves- 2
Spice Powders:
Turmeric Powder- 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder- 1 tsp
Coriander Powder- 1 tsp
Cumin powder-1 tsp
Other Ingredients:
Cashew nut paste-50g
yogurt-50g
Onions- fine chopped- 3
Ginger Garlic paste- 2 tsp
Tomatoes paste- 1 (chopped)
Oil- 50g
Salt for seasoning- pinch (1/8 tsp or to taste)
Process-
1) First you have to fry all the eggs well
2) Then when the oil is hot in a pan, fry the onion well.
3)Once the onions are well fried, add ginger paste, garlic paste, cashew nut paste and all kinds of powdered spices and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
4) When the oil starts to come out of the spice, add pre-fried eggs and a cup of water and cook on low fleme for 15 minutes.
5)And after 15 minutes add Kasuri methi & coriander leaves.
