You should be dragging it up your face and sideways up-ward not down. Also Sea Salts are not recommended for face use. it is too abrasive and can actually be drying to the skin. It is best used for body scrubs.

This is such a low quality machine. Either go get an actual hydrafacial or buy the hydrafacial machine and not this cheap imitation. There's no way this thing has enough power to do anything also just using water is not going to do very much. This device is the equivalent of a toy phone given to kids compared to an actual smart phone.
It's actually a pretty great machine I own one and I am a licensed esthetician. Just because it is not a name brand does not mean it isn't effective. Hydrafacial is just a specialized patented hydradermabrasion machine.
