      For simple and straightforward view read ajai kumar then try to solve problems from Huheey, House craft, Shriver Atkins, all these books are available free online.

    During cfse calculation of oh field , [ (-0.4×t2g electrons ) + (0.6 × eg electrons ] is the formula right sir ?
    But your adding negative sign in video sir

    Sir if CFSE is same or zero then u told we have to compare by taking radii into consideration. But it is not possible to remember the radii of all elements. So please tell me how to solve in that case

      It's not difficult to memorize general trend of radii, specially for transition metals... You have to have rough idea but not exact value of radii....

      Sir is there any possibility that if any non TM are in A(+2) form and TM having d(0) or d(5) or d(10) are in B(+3)state then they always form mix type of spines?
