Change MAC address Permanent using Kali Linux | Problem fixing | Be Anonymous [tutorial]

Still have problem ;o((( after command line macchanger -r wlan0 recieve SAME current and permanent MAC and
[ERROR] Could not change MAC: interface up or insufficient permissions: Device or resource busy ???
Was doing all U show in this video.

When I change my MAC eth0, I have no Internet connection. Is there a solution?
The video method didn't work for me.

bro dONT connect Internet at first ,
1. change MAC adress
2. then configer it as Random Everytime
3.Then Restart
4. Then Connect To The Internet
NB: etho for Ethernet cable ( Do You connect LAN cable On Your SYSTEM ? )

The video method didn't work for me too. first i must do ifconfig wlan0 down, then macchanger -r wlan0, then ifconfig wlan0 up. That is not automatic by reboot. Thats manualy changing ;o((
