I just use a rubber washer to remove the end block. The rubber grips it, so you can just press down and turn and don't need to risk scratching it with a screw driver.
Another Great Vid Nick. What I've been doing for many years to assist with the 4 No. removable locking Blocks, is to remove the casting 'flash' (using a fine file) from around the circumference of the blocks when you undertake the first strip down. it doesn't take long, and you will certainly notice the difference on any subsequent strips... Keep up the great work.
Hi, im in Cornwall, do you or do you know of a service in the local area that can perform a TBT installation on my 95? I just dont feel competent enough myself 😢
Thank you for that one Nick, been waiting for the 95 strip down. May be a daft question but not having done it before what size punch do i need for the trigger pins as I don't have one at the moment.

Thanks Steve, great tip!👍
I did the same with mine on my HW99s.
Another fantastic description with great detail, makes me feel confident enough to do my own 95 with a TbT kit
This is great but closer camera work would make it better

3mm
Mine is 3.5mm, but anything less than 4mm should work
