It’s a used fan, nearly all the fans I have tested are used which is why most of them wobble. Just because it wobbles doesn’t make it a bad fan. This is a solid performer yet the blades are slightly bent in some areas. This is the best I could get it without messing them up.
These fans are strong and durable, 18 years and still functioning.
