Hi Sam great that you got to finish off your collection !!! Now on to the Vinyl nice one to start off with:). Ringo :) I do like this one nice you got it and the next one so great that you got that one!!!! Great Album :). The next one is ok and the Paul song is good too !!! Great Monkees Album you got !!!! Great 45s you got WOW nice promo. I think you did well on all you got take care Sam!!!!
Beach Boys In Concert!!!!! So many beardssss during that time lol. I actually really dig Discovery. Last Train to London was FIRE during this last tour. Major bop.
Nice addition to your Van Morrison collection. Never knew that one existed. I'm with you on A New World Record. It's my favorite also, with Out of the Blue a distant second. Awesome stuff. Cool Dylan find too.
The Cyrkle!!! Columbus' own! (sort of). What a story that will be meeting those guys after they opened for the Pete Best band and blew them away. I actually just picked up that record in the big lot i picked up. They opened with Turn Down Day from that album which is an absolutely smacker. See you soon guy
Hey Sam- Wow...impressive haul from Atlanta (and some of those $8 used finds- yay bargains!) Love all of those ELO albums for sure; I've never heard of the The Cyrkle...I should give that a listen if I can find it. Looks like Atlanta treated you well! 😃 Cheers-R
I think ELO's 'Discovery" is a fine album. Right in line with the quality of their other albums from 1974 - 1978. I even think "Time", from 1981, is a pretty good record. Definitely ahead of its time. Don't let the "disco" part of "Discovery" get in the way. It's really just on a few songs. Most of it is typical ELO. And besides, the "disco" thing was already creeping in on the "Out Of The Blue" double album, on songs like "Sweet Talkin' Woman".
@@samstjohn1994 I thought the same, until I saw the video album, which accompanies "Discovery". And songs I normally thought were just okay, became clearer as great songs, like "Midnight Blue". I think there's six truly great songs on there, out of nine. Not bad!
An $8 record from nineteen hundred and seventy three!! I saw the Brian tour with Blondy. Super cool dude. All those ELO records remind me of my parents playing them back in the day when I was a kid in 1432. Phoenix & Bill Murray?!? The mind boggles! Nice Bob too. Cheers...Ben
@@samstjohn1994 1432 was the best of times. I’m just sorry that you weren’t around to enjoy that momentous year Sam. It is getting quite warm here, 30c yesterday 😎
Hey there Sam. Always nice to upgrade on a Monkees album. That Beach Boys live album seems like a really nice find! I’m not familiar with that record but I like the fact that it’s from the 70’s. Is it any good??
Hey Gary. I think it's a cool one, especially hearing Al doing a lot of Brian's parts. Bruce and Brian weren't touring at this point so you have the rockier sounding Blondie and Ricky. I think you'd dig!
I always enjoy when getting the chance to go out of town and hunt in new places. Great batch of finds.
Thanks Jeff, I always go wild because my local shop is so small!

That's the Beach Boys' greasy burger era. Thanks Emma!

Red Rubber Ball was a major hit, I'm sure you know that one!
@@samstjohn1994Oh, absolutely- I have a Neil Diamond album with Red Rubber Ball 👍 …but I’ll try and hunt down The Cyrkle as well
Great finds!
