Thanks for this tutorial. I notice though that the hemline of the blouse was straight; no curves. I thought those sharp corners along the hem where the joinings were, would be curved out a bit. Correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks again. I really loved the way u made the sewing appear so simple.

Thanks alot for all your help and support in your selfless Sewing tutorials I appreciate but I don't get it. How can your half length be 16" and your Burst point is 8"? Then your underburst is? Nipple point of 8" I believe should be for a burst of 28" with half length of 13".

I said my blouse length is 25 but since it's an off shoulder i have subtracted 5 that's why the length of the pattern paper is 20. That's why i was always extending my tape by 5 inches. All measurements are divided by 4 except my shoulder. That one is normally is divided by 2. Let's say my bust is 28. Into 4 is 7. When I'm drafting my pattern i will mark 7 then add about 2.5 inches sewing allowance.
She said she extended it by 5 inches because its an off shoulder. So the distance from the usual shoulder line to where her top starts from there is a difference of 5 inches. It helps to reduce confusion when you are marking your vertical measurements i guess.
Please going forward, please take time to explain why you do certain things. You say a lot of "that we normally do" ...meanwhile in this Nigeria, isslike every tailor has totally different methods. Some of us are foreign to your methods and terms🙏🙏🙏🙏

No oo the hemline is curved it's just appearing straight. In the video i showed how i tucked in the pointed edges.

Half blouse is the distance from your shoulder to your navel or a little above your navel. I might have to do a video to explain body measurements.
