    I am aware the aspect ratio is wrong, due to the potential two black bars. I filmed this with a GoPro Hero7 and found according to this article why this is happening: abekislevitz.com/43-gopro-footage-explained/ I changed the GoPro settings to 16:9 for 1080p so that this won't happen for the next shoot.

    I've seen both types climb very high in the ladder but I notice that ENTJ love being acknowledged for their achievements and experience while ENFJ loves being acknowledged for their mannerism and how well they can manage. They're both overachievers.
    ENTJ learns their passion before speaking while ENFJ just speaks passionately.
    Confronting an ENTJ will not create conflict if the confrontation has some truth in it; while a confrontation with an ENFJ can become conflicting.
    Either or.. my ENTP booty can't be in the same room as any of those two lol

      I see that similarity in the ENTP and ENFP temperaments too. ENTP would rather be acknowledged for the ideas that came to mind while ENFP wants to be acknowledged for the good faith effort they brought to the table. Why is that, Chase? An ENTP would be more upset at the fact that they are being dismissed for their freedom to think as the ENFP will get more upset if they were told to feel less.
      Romance me with your analytics. I'm starting my day with covfefe right now lol

    ENTJ puts the “I” in team. The ENTJ is the commander, they decide what’s happening and you do what you’re told, if “you’re qualified for that job you’ll just do it how I tell you.” The ENFJ puts the “we” in team, we decide what to do and we all do it together focusing on each member of the teams personal strengths.
    ENTJ parent, “do as I say not as I do” ENFJ parent “am I setting a good example?”
    ENTJ when doing a diy project solo: thinks it through, analysing what will need to be done and how it will work. A mistake is a failure.
    ENFJ jumps in and learns as they go along. A mistake is an opportunity to learn and then teach others.
    Both can be blunt, and direct but ENTJ tends to be more abrasive and less compassionate is the approach. ENFJ is less abrasive, but can get too emotionally involved.

    21:30 I'm ENTJ, and I do covert contracts all the time. In fact, my motivation for helping others is that I expect them to help me when I need it. No man is an island, we all need each other.
    I don't know how to explain this, but I know that since my teen, I've started developing this virtuous circle of solution network I call my "friends". In this closed network, I expect everyone to come through for me when I call in because I've done the same for them. ...and I'm never afraid to call in that "favour". This is why ENTJs seem so resourceful when tackling problems. I think people should embrace this mindset if they want to advance their careers.
    The problem, however, is that most people want to be cared for in their time of need but don't want to reciprocate the kind gesture. Freeloaders are annoying and highly irresponsible, and they deserve some karma for their ingratitude. The world will be a better place if everyone reciprocates kind gestures.

    Thank you for this video. I was told I'm a feeler, ENFJ, not a thinking ENTJ. I'm not a Templar. I am more like the wayfars. I'm not ethical. I'm moral. I struggle with my feelings and understanding the feelings of others. ENFJs are empaths. I'm a sympath. I know I'm strong-willed. I know I don't have a good memory. I did know I'm a strong performer and can be showy. I knew I was impatient.

    I think these two types will always be tied together. My sister is an ENFJ and I'm an ENTJ and we're both people oriented but also for feelings and logic alike. Just the % of focus on either getting the insights of a soul vs logical information is different, with me being more on information and her being more on soul of other people. But we both care about both very much
    But with the demon functions, we're both cruel and both ignorant of people who hurt us, even though being ENTJ and ENFJ different types. They're very tied together and will always be

  • @st3llarmemer111

    Oh yeah, about the type grid, from my observations, the types in a specific interaction style are not all around the same amount of each characteristic.
    Us ENTPs as an example seem to be the most control oriented of all the starter types, and by a significant amount too when compared to ExFPs. And we have a weird way of controlling _with_ chaos instead of suppressing it. ESTPs also have it to some extent, but being a control type it's secondary to them while primary to us.
    And then with the structure types, ENTJs are the absolute epitome of direct-initiating-control, while ENFJs aren't as controlling with their ways.
    I figure this is an extension of how sensors are divided by T v F, because not only does it get one of each temperament for all styles, but it reflects how thinkers are significantly more controlling than feelers. I guess this is due to Te and Ti not giving up control in order to please others or follow morals the way Fe and Fi types would.
    People say your an ENTJ, but I think it's just people underestimating our control and assertiveness sometimes. One of the main pickups to you being ENTP for me would be the part of us controlling with chaos instead of suppressing it.

    • @CSJoseph
      @CSJoseph  5 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      dont forget each person retains all interaction styles and temperaments of each side of their mind. So we must compensate for primary and secondary behaviors.

    My mom is a Ni user and she has the best memory I know. From my observations, Ni users (user is here defined as having this function as the hero/parent), Ne doms and Si users are respectively the best at memory. Ni remembers observations, life as a timeline and has prediction memory; Ne remembers a lot of theory, emotional experiences (and random fun facts); Si remembers dates, names, facts, laws and how you should behave according to the only possible correct and common sense way, of course - they seem to have better memory, but it’s over “less important/interesting“ things to intuitives and they lack the detached memory of Ni users.
    Se users have the memory of a goldfish - they’re very physically coordinated though! :)
    I’d say sensors’ brains work mainly on data/memory/on the moment/duty and intuitives’ brains are more active on the processing, the creation and maneuvering of an idea and this connection capacity is what creates their more intelligent mental archive/memory.

    • @CSJoseph
      @CSJoseph  5 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      observations are actually Se and thus it is memories stored in the physical environment, it just looks like Ni because Ni is linked to Se in a cognitive axis. Please see this info in season 1.

    • @sofia8574
      @sofia8574 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      C.S. Joseph so Si would be memories traced back to a personal experience and not detached like Se, correct?

    • @SantanaBanana47
      @SantanaBanana47 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@sofia8574correct except se is attached to Si. It's a bit abstract, but the physical world can represent memories for Se users. The environment affects them a lot in this way. Their memories are tied to the environment and even physical objects.

It works incredibly well except for if we both think the other is doing something destabilising and then we both want to control each other. They do seem similar when meeting them. Similar situation to INFP/INTP who seem similar at times when first meeting them. If I saw no milk in the frig. I would tell my wife there is no milk and could you put it on your list since she is the organizer (I am INFP). Normally I would see there is no milk and just buy it myself if I am going by the store. I assume that would make me mostly movement.

      @nachiketpargaonkar8646 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      But both INTP & INFP are control. Based purely on what you said, you're more likely to be an INTP, since buying the milk without asking/telling your partner could indicate pragmatic over affiliative approach. Consider analysing systematic vs interest style as well. And if you do achieve success, let me know how too😂 I myself am stuck between INTP & INFP (& maybe ISFP) since I can see I'm much more independent (pragmatic) but I'm not sure of system/interest.

I thought this was based on social conditioning or fear of abandonment, rather than a personality characteristic/tendency. Interesting! Can you answer to this please? Does having FE and TE as first (plus SE as third and SI as trickster) means that you absorb in the values/thoughts of the people around in any circumstance? in other worlds, if i put an enfj/entj in a new place/city/country with different values/logic they will reflect the new one? Example: Enfj was always monogamous, i bring this person to a more polygamous place, does this mean that this person would start day by day to be more open minded about it? (if i am correct, thing that at least technically i think i am, now i really get why infps finds ENXJ superficial sometimes)

      all Se users mirror to some extent, Templars do it more and NFJs the most. An ENTJ would generally be the less swayed of the two if their Fi was previously against it and the ENFJ would be more likely to be swayed as time went on.

    Man the brief introduction was really amazing! Loved it! One doubt though, isn't "doing the right thing" more related to pragmatic than affiliative? Since the pragmatic person would do what's right without asking anyone the permission or caring for their opinion? Or am I taking a different context?

    Hi. I know this is completely off topic, but I’ve been having a little trouble with finding out what MBTI type I am.
    For a long time I thought I was an ENFP simply from taking the MBTI test.
    Although at one point I took it again and it told me I was an INFP.
    Then, I found out about cognitive functions. I didn’t really trust myself enough to decide for myself though since sometimes I just base myself off what I want to be. So I took a test for it and it ended up saying I was an ENFJ.
    I tried to look into it but it just confuzzled me even more :( So then, I did a different test but still about cognitive functions. This one told me I was an ISFJ.
    I’m just really confused right now and I’m sorry to waste your time but I was hoping you could help me in any way at all to try figure out what I am? Are there any reliable resources other than myself? I find it hard to be true to myself sometimes even if I want to. I’m completely different people depending on who I’m around and where I am, so at this point it feels impossible for me to determine what type I am. Sorry again for bothering you with this! You don’t have to reply if you don’t feel the need to or anything.

      The best way for you would be the process of elimination. Try to identify your interaction style & temperament style.
      Differentiating IxxP, IxxJ, ExxP & ExxJ should be relatively easy (this one is suggested by Dave SuperPowers)
      Eliminating the interaction/temperament styles should be an easier task rather than focusing directly on functions.

    About th aspect ratio :
    1) 32:21 : at first sorry I don't get it like it's sth happened to your camera and you return back , I get it from the second one you did aspect ratio so I looked back again to analyze but mmm .I know you want like to seprate enfj and entj but no no sorry 😂
    2) 32:51 : it's a way better than first one
    Cause you finish the whole point of the comparison you didn't separate it then you stop then you start a new one which is sth I recommend and another thing especially in comparison you will put main points and yo do aspect ratio like 32:51 in different times, it will be dope but it will take long time to do all these stuff it will depend on your willpower and time management
    About the sound is cool !

    I'm confused by 29:40 -- I have strong proficiency in long-term memory (few days to weeks to months to years ago), and absolutely TERRIBLE short-term memory (seconds ago - 1 day ago) -- does it make any sense I'm an INFJ? Maybe my inattentive-ADHD has something do do with it, but I've lately pondered if ADHD is even real, but it (ADHD-i) definitely has a lot of symptoms that mirror INFJ. Then I become very impulsive and jump from task to task and it hits me again that yes I'm ADHD, on top of my INFJ deficiencies. Anyone relates to this?
    An ENFJ I dated in the past really covered for me in my deficient short-term memory department, and I definitely covered for her in the long-term memory. We worked so well together despite being so different, it's too bad she looked at our differences as negatives, and I found our differences to be helpful to each other in our weaknesses.

      @@atthecore4560 No, I never said ADHD people are aloof. I am not sure if you know what the definition of aloof really means, but that has nothing to do with the topic which is memory. Also, no one ever thinks people with ADHD are aloof.
      ADHD people do have hyperfocus, but that also has nothing to do with memory. Obsessive behavior is more of an OCD and ADHD combination thing, not an ADHD behavior by itself. ADHD people do struggle with the organization of thoughts and difficulty with working memory. I do not know if you were misinformed or maybe it is just the word aloof that makes what you are trying to say hard to understand.
