I made this list, and was very happy to champion the ZR1. I think it outperformed its PI, but it is not as fast in the game as it is IRL! ;)

You also gotta give some props to the GTR. That thing is surprisingly rapid

I've always loved the 458 and I'm glad I got a chance to show off what its capable of. Glad I didn't pick the LFA (which in some ways I prefer) because I mugged it right at the start every time.
At least the LFA could still walk in the end. The BMW was vaporized in the 0-100-0 test.

@@dma968 Yes I did haha. It’s a car I’m pretty infatuated with, by far and away my favourite AMG Mercedes. It’s pretty crap in Forza but I don’t care :p

Of all these cars, regardless of performance, I would choose the LFA without hesitation.
It is GORGEOUS, and the Yamaha V10 sounds sublime.
The SL65 isn't bad looking either.
If I wanted a good sounding V10 I'd get an 05 Gallardo though. They're pretty cheap nowadays and sound better
@@FearlessLeader2001 I drove a 2005 Gallardo at a track day once, and it sounded awful.
That might have something to do with the 145,000 miles it had covered though.
The Sesto Elemento has the same engine I think, and I know that sounds great, so I'll assume that's what a Gallardo is meant to sound like.
Still, I prefer the LFA.
@@mrtom2854 I've never heard someone say a Gallardo sounds awful ever. But that 5.0 is both the most unique and most harmonic V10 I've personally ever heard, just music to my ears. Yes, it doesn't scream like the LFA, but in my honest opinion the LFA sounds too much like an F1 car to sound unique at all.
@@FearlessLeader2001 okay I think the one I drove must've been really badly maintained then - because it did NOT sound healthy
The only issue with LFA body work was the triple exhaust at rear. Though the 458 has the same problem. I have yet to see a triple exhaust look good on a vehicle.

The Viper is the most criminally underrated car of the last decade IMHO.
For 90k it's ripping everything, that's saying something
No SLS or MP4-12C ): feel like they deserved more of a place over the SL65, and M3 GTS... oh well, great vid! Happy to see the ZR1 do well, always felt it is underrated in the Forza world
Well, I think the person wanted to take the unique M3 over the SLS, there's only so many cars you can fit in. The McLaren would have easily won, but it might make an appearance in the future. Sadly the ZR1 is not nearly as good in Forza as some, it needs more acceleration and it has no traction compared to the Viper (even though they are on very similar widths)
The Viper has been one of my absolute favourite cars ever since I played Gran Turismo 2 as a kid. I'm so stoked that you picked it here.
The early 2010s were an amazing time for supercars. From the C6 Corvettes to the Aston Martin DB9s. These cars still looked aggressive, without being overtly so like nowadays, and are just awesome in general.
Would have liked to see the SLS Gullwing. Shame. The MP4-12C would have been nice, too.
The good ol' Top Gear/Forza 4 era, great for supercars and nostalgia
And Gran Turismo 5 with the Top Gear test track and challenges. 2010 was definitely the peak of TG.

Those Vipers sound so good in real life, one of the guys in my town has one and you can tell when he takes it out in the summer. Just a nice throaty growl cruising around town.
Is there no 12C in the game? That would've been a good one to put in against the 458.
It's a bit higher in PI, but don't worry, there's another Showdown we may do with the 12C (or other McLarens) ;)

The viper was actually a great racing car, it won something over 20 big name races.
At least I finally got to use the LP-670 in something 😍 even if it didn't do well with traffic n the 0-100-0, the launch wasn't great on it n at Broadway the 2nd gear was so long for the last 2 corners
It's amazing how low the ZR-1 is PI-wise. It was an absolute monster back in the early teens. Not to mention that it's 2 generations old now
its really an underrated car, it is insane how good a corvette can be made for track
The ZR1 is a bit nerfed in the game sadly, I think it deserves better performance in-game

Since they let a GT3 in on the fun, I don't understand why he didn't pick the ACR Viper. They've long held numerous production-car track records (maybe even a couple to this day?), I bet he would have walked the pack in the circuits. Either way, great video! Fun group of cars!

One of my favorite activities to challenge myself is taking a random supercar and tuning the daylights out of it til it's either S2 borderline 990+ or X class and make it handle like an Ariel Atom at extreme speeds. It can be a daunting task, but I wonder if y'all have ever tried it for an online challenge. An 'X' Games of sorts.

That second race you could have been past the Ferrari on at least 4 occasions but you kept tucking back in behind at the wrong times and hitting it on the braking. A little less worry about draft and more about track position and you would have had it.

The PI was too high, otherwise it probably would have been used XD

I love the murcielago sv its one of my all time favorite cars. However I'm not surprised about where it came overall because that was probably the joint heaviest car in the field along with the amg sl65 black series by about 200 kg over the 3rd heaviest. It would've needed probably an extra 70hp to win.

Sorry everyone but the Corvette is the best in my book. The 2010s models were getting better and better and now we got a Corvette C8 that steals the crowds from lambos and ferraris. For only 60k you get a great mid engine super car with all the bells and whistles. Say what you want but the Corvette is the best american car in 2010s

Lplate did have the choice of the Mercedes SLS, but he picked the M3 himself :)

Ford is too old, Aston was an option but wasn't taken, Bugatti way too quick for this group
Love the lfa sadly in this group it's just outclassed, I'm ashamed of myself, not sure if that works, not quick enough to compete

It's a bit too old, and it's way, way too quick for these cars
While other cars may have better power and performance, no car ever made is cooler than the Viper.
