Only Difference Between Sheepadoodle Puppy & Old English Sheepdog is TAIL

Oliver is a week past 5 months and 52 pounds. Oliver is our first Sheepadoodle after 25 years of Irish Wolfhounds (5). Sheepadoodles are a cross between an Old English Sheepdog and a standard Poodle. They are very intelligent, social, gentle and quite athletic. The 1959 Disney hit movie, The Shaggy Dog, follows a teenage boy who, by the power of an enchanted ring of the Borgias, is transformed into a shaggy Old English Sheepdog. This movie was the first live-action feature comedy produced by Walt Disney and has been followed by several remakes. It will be interesting to see how Oliver the sheepadoodle compares with our prior 5 Irish Wolfhounds. Dogs are not our whole life, but they make our lives whole. Oliver was born May 5, 2021 (Cinco de Mayo) and we adopted him at 8 weeks weighing 8.5 pounds and quite fluffy. Oliver will become my hiking companion along desert, mountain & ocean treks, always searching for historic sites. We have a Sheepadoodle too. He is 5.5 months and 54 pounds. Nice video!

Thanks for sharing. Great looking dogs. We also have a sheepadoodle. I've always wondered what the difference is if any. We opted for a sheepadoodle because they are hypoallergenic and several of us in the family are asthmatic.
