To fix the bit where the camera makes everything look really yellow you have to set the white balance instead of having it automatic lovely :) it can be a bit fiddly but there are white balance cards you can get to make things easier! Basically a camera sort of guesses what shade is white, if it thinks something with a blue tone is white, then everything is going to look yellow, changing the white balance from auto to manual means you tell it what is white :)

Per your coloring issues, I would check the white balance setting, and then the lighting setting; depending on which option you choose it will change the "filter" of your image. Hope this helps!
