+Spida Jackson I don't think he was Jealous but more so hurt that Dre didn't want to make amends with him. They were friends for years I sure they would've worked things out if Suge wasn't involved.
A lot of the discrepancies in Straight Outta Compton seem to me like they weren't really malicious. It was either because it made for better script (e.g. Eazy getting beat up) or because it was simpler (e.g. leaving Arabian Prince out). Some stuff was def to make Dre & Cube look better (e.g. leaving out the Dee Barnes incident, making it look like Eazy was all upset about the Chronic, etc.). But most was probably because it would have just taken too long to explain.
As much as I would love to watch a movie about these dudes and everything is accurate and happened the way it happened that’s a lot of money and a long ass fuckin movie. They gotta hit s run time quota.
Doesn’t matter who played e but in my opinion nobody could make us feel so emotional like lil eazy could. Seeing O’Shea and Lil Eazy E would be epic! Cube owe Eazy so much! Why not give his son that shot? That song “Growing Up” from Laugh Now Cry Later speaking on Eazy and his son isn’t enough to me! He should’ve did more for Eazy family
Respect for protecting your dads legacy. Many would put out the gangster side of E to push their persona, but he focuses on E the father and the businessman rather than E the gangster
Ice cubes son had the same problem with Wright he was bigger than real young ice cube so they had to slim him down a bit. Also weight had nothing to do with it dr dre was just bashing him
Seeing Jr takes me back to my childhood crush on Eazy sr. Eazy had a distinct voice and his sons voice is the closest I've heard...all Jr had to do was lose weight and I say it definitely would've been possible for him to play his father and if not him, his brother - the 1 that's actually the same height & weight as their father - should've been considered.
I was listening to this video (not watching) with other tabs open on my browser doing work and when the DOC started talking at 12:52 it scared the HOLY FUCKING SHIT OUTTA me. Geezus.
He might not say it but I understand that frustration of having to vie for yourself, after a parent especially someone that was as influential and respected as Easy was, passes away and everyone who was supposed to look out for you looks the other way. Cube is going to make sure his son is set no matter what, Easy’s kids had to start all over while being hood famous which amounts to nothing but a painful memory their Dad isn’t here anymore.
I would've loved if Lil Easy E was cast to play the role of his father! Also I really want a Bone Thugs movie I know they would make sure his son plays him!

After Seeing this interview you could know Lil Eazy-E is a very mature guy and that would most definitely make Eazy proud!
I love the fact that he has so much respect for Ice Cube. Much respect for Easy the Legend and lil Easy.
The movie was great but it was BS in most parts. Like how they made Eazy-E emotional right after he saw Dre on the billboard. That never happened, in fact, Eazy-E didn't give a fuck in real life lol. Then how they didn't even enough screen time for Yella and Ren.
***** Lol come on homie, you really think he'd care about some nigga that he basically still owned for the next 8 years?
***** Why would he be jealous off of something he was getting paid off of?
+Shia Labeouf I'm sure you were with Eazy E for most of his life so you know everything what he did. FOH
+Spida Jackson I don't think he was Jealous but more so hurt that Dre didn't want to make amends with him. They were friends for years I sure they would've worked things out if Suge wasn't involved.
And they had NOTHING on the beef between Eazy and Deathrow? That shut was HUGE in the world of Hip Hop and they didn't touch on it
A lot of the discrepancies in Straight Outta Compton seem to me like they weren't really malicious.
They left certain things out to keep them from paying people or lawsuits.
Oh my god that voice!!! same as eric...but let's be real everyone knows deep down why he didn't get the part.
Doesn’t matter who played e but in my opinion nobody could make us feel so emotional like lil eazy could. You could have the best actor playing e but seeing lil eazy collapsing in the studio or seeing lil eazy in that hospital bed only him could make us feel something nobody else could cause it’s real
As a South los angeles watts compton native born n raised!! I HAVE TO SAY I'M DISAPPOINTED IN DRE N CUBE how they disrespected this man n his father!! 0 excuses just wrong!!
DANG! he looks like his pops. Amazing
down to earth guy............refreshing.
I disagree Cube should have had him polish to play his dad who better to do It ? his son It's no different then a agent giving a client some training before auditions It's the right thing to do so he can honor his dad Shame On Cube Eazy made him famous
QueenAnita Soul I truly agree Cube was Eazy homie back in the day! If you didn’t go to the funeral at least give his son a chance to represent his father in a honorable way! Seeing O’Shea and Lil Eazy E would be epic! Cube owe Eazy so much! Why not give his son that shot? That song “Growing Up” from Laugh Now Cry Later speaking on Eazy and his son isn’t enough to me! He should’ve did more for Eazy family
Eazy may have made him famous but Cube wrote the lyrics.
Cube made him famous. "Ice Cube writes the rhymes that I say."
@@davidsimmons4731 exactly
How in the hell did easy make ice cube famous when he wrote all of easys rhymes...gtfoh...it's the other way around if anything
He’s not a trained actor. Cubes son is a trained actor who studied film at usc.
Respect for protecting your dads legacy. Many would put out the gangster side of E to push their persona, but he focuses on E the father and the businessman rather than E the gangster
that's messed up they could have let him play that part of his father if weight was a issue they could have helped him with that, Just how I feel,
He ain’t even fat he’s just super swole
Geezus.
King James lol his voice is annoying
He might not say it but I understand that frustration of having to vie for yourself, after a parent especially someone that was as influential and respected as Easy was, passes away and everyone who was supposed to look out for you looks the other way. Cube is going to make sure his son is set no matter what, Easy’s kids had to start all over while being hood famous which amounts to nothing but a painful memory their Dad isn’t here anymore.
He speaks so eloquent like an actor with an established career, awesome!
The guy who played Eazy did an amazing job! He had him down. No offense to his son.
Apprille Harris I agree
Damn so offensive towards his son
his son agrees that he did it well
I would've loved if Lil Easy E was cast to play the role of his father! Also I really want a Bone Thugs movie I know they would make sure his son plays him!
Slim Jesus has faded.
The only trace left of him is people who bring him up in Vlads comment section. STOP IT.
Bathsalt God whos slim jesus
Aaron Henderson NOBODY.
Friends and time...the two make each other go different ways.
He wouldn’t have been ok with how they portrayed his father.
"What do you think about starring in a straight-to-TH-cam film: "Str8 Outta Frank Block" ???" - Vlad TV
favoritism but that shows more of Cube's side, props to Lil'E by not taking it personally
R.I.P Eazy
"We can talk about the Suge situation..."
*Looks at Vlad* 😂
Eric Jr trust me he's a very cool and real person mane I know I'm not going to say much but I got much respect for this guy do ya thing Lil Eazy bro Tone NC from Va
