There is a certain energy amassed by group-think, also known as religion. Getting people to think the same way is like aligning car tires for better performance, or dicing vegetables in same-sized pieces so they'll cook at the same rate, or connecting a series of batteries in parallel to increase the amp-hour capacity. If we are evolving our consciousness away from the limitations of ego, then group-think may help humanity reach a tipping point that helps our civilization become actually civilized. But fighting over religion will not give us the answers we need or help us reach for the stars.
In the end, neither science nor religion solves anything. Only evolving away from the limitations of the ego and our earthly forms will free us to see the truth--that being conscious of everything outside our small worlds should be the ultimate goal. All of our troubles of today will not even matter thirty days from now. Just be conscious of every moment, in the now.

Science: We can only know something to be true after repeatable observations and experiments confirm it, but even then there is a chance we aren't 100% correct so if anything contradicts what we think is true then its back to the drawing board until we figure it out

So if more information is found then, what was demonastrated to be true changes. Unlike religions. They claim to know and never change despite being undeniably wrong. This is why I believe that science and religion are correlated to each other, with science as the actual explanation and most accurate and reliable source of answers to almost everything and religion being the metaphorical or symbolic representation of these scientific elements, events, and other things in the world.

Welp, maybe to try and make it simple for you, I believe that the 7 days of creation on this world is just a metaphor or symbolism for the billion of years that took our planet to form, have water, develop microbiotic life, have land masses, amphibians, reptiles, mammals, and later on, humans. I have faith in God, but I don't take accounts of the Bible too seriously to the point where I believe the things inside it are historically and scientifically accurate. We have legitimate science for that reason, to explain the origin and the complex mechanisms of the universe with painstaking trial and error processes that abide with the laws of the universe.

Exactly.. religion teaches it to everybody and science explains it. Physics explains how the invisible works and religion teaches it too everybody. I’m a science and history teacher and have been studying the correlations for years and I have found they’re one in the same. You just have to understand how to interpret them both and when you do it’s very clear.
Example.. God “said” let there be light. So God said means there was vibration first. Then the bang. The 4 stages of matter are plasma, gas, liquid, and solids. Then the 5th is man made. There was chaos means a plasma phase, where atoms move around freely. Forces of good and evil.. positive & negative electrons & neutrons. Then the gases started forming when the charged molecules are not far apart or close together, then liquid, then solid.
Not every religion is still seeking an explanation.
